The paper presents the computation procedure of fatigue life assessment with the influence of static component of the frequency domain in the spectral method. The calculation has been done for the S355JR steel for broad band and narrow band loads. Two probability density functions have been chosen to calculate the fatigue life which are the Rayleigh and Dirlik functions as well as three mean stress compensation models.
