Cechy konfliktu asymetrycznego wskazują, że wykrycie i identyfikacja zagrożenia jest zadaniem podstawowym i najtrudniejszym. Czas realizacji w/w zadań będzie w istotny sposób wpływał na tzw. czas dyspozycyjny, czyli czas stwarzający możliwość uniknięcia lub odparcia ,ataku grup terrorystycznych lub dywersyjnych. Innym zagadnieniem jest skuteczne wykorzystanieposiadanych sil i środków w walce z przeciwnikiem asymetrycznym. W aspekcie tym należy uwzględnić warunki oraz cechy uzbrojenia, jak również stopień przygotowania załogi do wykonywania nietypowych zadań ogniowych. W artykule przedstawiono warunki wykorzystania zestawu rakietowo-artyleryjskiego ZU-23-2MR w procesie zwalczania zagrożeń asymetrycznych na morzu oraz warunki przygotowania celowniczego do wykonywania tych zadań.

The features an asymmetrical conflict indicates that the detection and identification of threats is the fundamental and most difficult task. Delivery time of these tasks will be a significant influence on the so-called disposable time, or time of offenning the best chance to avoid or repel the attack of terrorist or subversive groups. Another issue is the efficient use of available forces and means in the fig against asymmetric enemy. In this aspect, the conditions and characteristics of weapons, as well as the training of the crew to perform typical tasks of fire must be consider. The article presents a set of conditions for the use of rocket-artillery ZU-23-2MR in the process of combating asymmetric threats at sea and the conditions of preparation gunner to perform these tasks.
