The concept of assessing the reliability maintenance of mining machines, such as belt conveyors, which constitute a special group of complex technical objects, due to difficult maintenance conditions, is presented in the study. Interruption of operations caused by failures constitutes organisational-technological problems, connected with economic losses, for the user. The presented concept contains the determination of the renewable objects reliability-maintenance index, such as the failure stream parameter as well as the investigation methodology allowing to determine its value. Undertaken operations should concern failure states of devices on the bases of the information systems of the maintenance control of these objects.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono koncepcję oceny niezawodności eksploatacyjnej maszyn górniczych, jakimi są przenośniki taśmowe, stanowiących specyficzną grupę złożonych obiektów technicznych z uwagi na trudne warunki eksploatacji. Przerwa w pracy spowodowana uszkodzeniem stanowi dla użytkownika problem organizacyjno-techniczny połączony ze stratami ekonomicznymi. Przedstawiona koncepcja obejmuje wyznaczanie wskaźnika niezawodnościowo-eksploatacyjnego obiektów odnawialnych, jakim jest parametr strumienia uszkodzeń oraz metodykę badań pozwalających na wyznaczenie jego wartości. Podejmowane działania powinny dotyczyć oceny awaryjności badanych urządzeń w oparciu o systemy informacyjne kontroli przebiegu procesów eksploatacji tych obiektów.

This paper presents a method to creation of a servicing information in the expert system including an artificial neural network. The article presents the organization and structure of the expert systems witch support renovate of technical objects. Presented expert system uses information from an artificial neural network. The article presents of the basis for building servicing expert systems based on rule-based structure. Presented and described in diagram of the structure developed expert system. Expert discusses the fundamentals of building a knowledge base using rules way it works.

W artykule przedstawiono metodę tworzenia informacji obsługowej w systemie ekspertowym, który zawiera sztuczną sieć neuronową. Artykuł przedstawia także organizacje i strukturę systemu ekspertowego, który wspomaga obsługiwanie obiektów technicznych. Prezentowany system ekspertowy wykorzystuje informację ze sztucznej sieci neuronowej. W artykule przedstawiono podstawy budowy systemów ekspertowych w oparciu o zasady regułowe. Przedstawiono w nim schemat struktury obsługowego systemu ekspertowego. Artykuł omawia podstawy tworzenie bazy wiedzy za pomocą reguł obsługiwania oraz sposób jej tworzenia.

This paper presents a method to investigate the effectiveness of an operation process with a servicing expert system including an artificial neural network. A method of simulation testing with the use of computer technology is described. The theoretical bases are presented of the modelling of an operation process of objects in the form of the following models: mathematical (analytical), graphical and descriptional. For the tests, a model was developed of an organisation of a servicing system of those technical objects that require short shutdown times (aircraft, radiolocation systems, etc.). The requirements are presented and described for simulation tests, which is the development of a test plan, the preparation of data to describe the performance of an object, and the development of models for an operation process of a technical object, which express the investigated aspects of this process. The results are presented of the simulation tests of a repairable technical object.

W pracy zaprezentowano metodę badania efektywności procesu eksploatacji, w którym występuje obsługowy system ekspertowy, ze sztuczną siecią neuronową. Opisano sposób badania symulacyjnego z wykorzystaniem techniki komputerowej. Przedstawiono podstawy teoretyczne modelowania procesu eksploatacji obiektów w postaci modelu: matematycznego (analitycznego), graficznego i opisowego. Na potrzeby badań opracowano model organizacji systemu obsługiwania obiektów technicznych wymagających krótkiego czasu ich przestojów (samoloty, systemy radiolokacyjne itp.). Przedstawiono i opisano wymagania do badania symulacyjnego, którymi są: opracowanie planu badania, przygotowanie danych opisujących właściwości użytkowe obiektu oraz opracowanie modeli procesu eksploatacji obiektu technicznego wyrażających badane aspekty tego procesu. Przedstawiono wyniki badania symulacyjnego naprawialnego obiektu technicznego.

The paper presents a method to design a system to service repairable (military) technical objects, with an artificial neural network. It includes a diagram and structure of a servicing system with a neural network. The way in which the object's servicing information is designed was presented. The manner was presented in which the internal structure was the transformation of a complex object with its functional elements to the form of the object's servicing structure. Analytical basis was presented for the realisation of the servicing of a technical object. A method was described for a conversion of diagnostic information and the expert's specialist knowledge to the form of the set of servicing information.

W pracy zaprezentowano metodę projektowania systemu obsługiwania naprawialnych obiektów technicznych, ze sztuczną siecią neuronową. Opisano w nim schemat i strukturę systemu obsługiwania z siecią neuronową. Zaprezentowano sposób wyznaczania informacji obsługowej obiektu. Przedstawiono sposób przekształcania struktury wewnętrznej złożonego obiektu z jego elementami funkcjonalnymi do postaci struktury obsługowej obiektu. Zaprezentowano analityczne podstawy realizacji obsługiwania technicznego obiektu. Opisano metodę przekształcania informacji diagnostycznej i wiedzy specjalistycznej eksperta do postaci zbioru informacji obsługowej.
