The aim of the presented paper was to verify the impact of Dynamic PUCCH Resource Allocation Algorithm of the LTE cellular system on the maximum uplink cell throughput and call setup success rate - CSSR. Paper includes the laboratory testbed description and presents the results of an experiment confirming the improvement of both key performance indicators KPIs. Apart from the presentation of the Dynamic PUCCH Resource allocation algorithm, the paper also includes a description of legacy LTE uplink (PUCCH and PUSCH) channels dimensioning process thus filling the gap of such a tutorial in the available literature.

W pracy przedstawiono budowę i działanie bezprzewodowego systemu monitorowania zagrożeń bezpieczeństwa, opartego na koncepcji samoorganizującej się sieci uniwersalnych węzłów telekomunikacyjnych (UWT). Na wstępie opisano schemat funkcjonalny tego systemu, uwzględniając szczególnie wynikające z tego zadania i budowę UWT. Następnie na wybranym przykładzie scharakteryzowano pracę samoorganizującej się sieci UWT - sieci ad-hoc. W końcowej części pracy krótko opisano zrealizowane aplikacje użytkowe tego systemu.

The concept of multipurpose Wireless System of Security Risks Monitoring with self-organizing network of telecommunication nodes witti open architecture are presented. Two practical applications of this system are also short presented. The first of these is the Self-Organizing Wireless Monitoring System of Cargo Containers, and the second is the Mobile Monitoring System for Gaseous Air Pollution.
