Proces montażu istotnie wpływa na cenę i jakość maszyn i urządzeń mechanicznych. Istotnym zagadnieniem w procesie montażu jest ustalenie najbardziej efektywnej sekwencji tączenia elementów składowych montowanego produktu. Ponadto, konstruktor powinien dysponować funkcjonalnym narzędziem przeznaczonym do oceny zaprojektowanej konstrukcji w odniesieniu do wymogów procesu produkcji, jak również wyboru najlepszej kolejności montażu na wczesnym etapie rozwoju produktu. Koncepcja zaprezentowana w artykule przedstawia algorytm i prototypowy program komputerowy przeznaczony do tworzenia zbioru dopuszczalnych sekwencji montażu maszyn z wykorzystaniem zasad projektowania ze względu na montaż (DFA). Przykład opisuje użycie oryginalnego programu komputerowego w celu określenia najbardziej efektywnych sekwencji montażu palnika gazowego, co w rezultacie zapewnia łatwy i tani montaż.

The assembly process essentially influences the cost and the quality of machinery and mechanical devices. Significant role in the assembly process is determined by the most efficient sequence for connecting the components of the assembled product. Furthermore, the designer should have the operational tool dedicated to evaluate the designed structure with respect to the requirements of the assembly process as well as selection of the best order of assembly operations at the early stage of the product development phase. The concept that is presented within the article represents algorithm and a prototype computer program designed to generate the set of feasible assembly sequences of machines with regard to the principles of design for assembly (DFA). The example describes the use of an original computer program to determine the most efficient sequence of the assembly for gas burner, characterized by an easy and inexpensive assembly process.

W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję metody wyznaczania zbioru dopuszczalnych sekwencji montażu urządzeń mechanicznych zawierającą ocenę i selekcję elementów tego zbioru. U podstaw koncepcji leży założenie, że metoda powinna wspomagać inżyniera konstruktora w wyznaczaniu najkorzystniejszej sekwencji montażu z uwzględnieniem ograniczeń zdefiniowanych już na wczesnym etapie kształtowania konstrukcji produktu. Opisano algorytm metody i prototypowy program komputerowy oraz pokazano przykład zastosowania.

The paper presents a method of generation of the feasible set of the mechanical devices assembling sequences, which includes evaluation and selection of the set members. The concept of the method is based on the assumption that it should assist the engineering designer in finding the best assembly sequence, taking into account the constrains defined at early stage of the design process. An algorithm and computer program carrying out the method are also described, as well as an example of implementation.
