The main thesis of the paper is concerned with the strategy of Law and Justice Government, oriented to the carbon based electricity production. Author presents data illustrating how many different groups of interests is trying to have the impact on decisions taken in energy sector. The Government have persuaded public opinion, that the main goal of energy policy is to defend political position of miners. But in reality the governmental policy is supporting many others stakeholders in the economy.

W referacie przedstawiono możliwości, jakie wdrożenie idei marketingu relacyjnego może przynieść firmie górniczej z sektora węgla kamiennego. Prowadząc analizę marketingową w podstawowych grupach funkcjonalnych klientów kopalń i budując na ich podstawie trendy rozwojowe na najbliższe lata, określono główne kierunki rozwoju marketingowego firm górniczych w Polsce. W oparciu o przedstawione kierunki strategiczne autor zaproponował w dalszej części pracy zestawy narzędzi oddziaływania marketingowego przedsiębiorstw górniczych w głównych segmentach klientów.

This paper presents study of possibilities for enforcement relationship marketing idea for coal mines in Poland. Based on marketing analysis in two most important groups of customers and theirs development trends author shoved principal courses for marketing development of coal mines in Poland. In the reference to these propositions author tried to propose series of marketing tools to using in the most important sectors of customers.
