Transakcje elektroniczne, bankowość elektroniczna – to terminy, które na stałe zadomowiły się w naszym słownictwie. Bankowość elektroniczna jest formą kontaktu klienta z bankiem, pozwalającą na zdalną realizację usług bankowych za pomocą kanałów dystrybucji wykorzystujących technologie informacyjne, niewymagającą osobistego kontaktu i umożliwiającą sprawne zarządzanie finansami. Zasadniczym czynnikiem rozwoju bankowości elektronicznej jest użyteczność i popularność wykorzystania internetowego kanału dystrybucji dóbr i usług. Istotną barierą rozwoju bankowości elektronicznej jest zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa. Pomimo stosowania przez banki wielu metod zabezpieczeń danych klientów, a także przebiegu transakcji, nadal wiele osób powstrzymuje się od stosowania np. kart płatniczych, wykonywania przelewów czy płatności drogą elektroniczną, gdyż nie mają dość zaufania do tej formy. Celem pracy jest analiza mechanizmów zabezpieczenia transakcji elektronicznych stosowanych przez banki jak również ukazanie środków kontroli dostępu do kont bankowych poszczególnych klientów. Przeprowadzono ponadto analizę raportów dotyczących bezpieczeństwa bankowości elektronicznej oraz systemów zabezpieczeń stosowanych przez banki.

Electronic transactions, e-banking - are terms, which permanently exists nowadays in our vocabulary. E-banking is a form of customer contact with the bank, allows remote execution of banking services through distribution channels using information technology, does not require personal contact and enables efficient financial management. The main factor in the development of e-banking is the usefulness and popularity of the use of the Internet distribution channel of goods and services. A significant barrier to the development of electronic banking is to ensure safety. Despite the use by banks of many methods of security of customer data, as well as the course of the transaction, there are still many people which refrain from using Credit cards, making transfers and payments electronically, because they do not have enough confidence to this form. The aim of the study is to analyze the mechanisms for securing electronic transactions used by banks as well as to present measures to control access to the bank accounts of individual customers. Moreover, the reports on the security of e-banking and security systems used by banks were analysed.

The security aspects of cloud computing, especially the security of data, become more and more important. It is necessary to find and develop the new mechanisms to secure the cloud. The problem presented in the paper concerns the mechanisms for security of cloud computing with special attention paid to aspects of access control in clouds – the state of the art and the perspectives for the future.

W urządzeniach do monitorowania, kontrolowania, a także sterowania pracą dystrybucyjnych sieci elektroenergetycznych coraz częściej wykorzystywane są nowoczesne technologie transmisji danych, oparte na protokole TSP/IP oraz tzw. rozwiązania otwarte. Tendencja ta jest uzasadniona ekonomicznie, ale wymaga zwrócenia uwagi na bezpieczeństwo systemów akwizycji danych. Niezależnie od zmian technologicznych, sieci elektroenergetyczne uważane są obecnie za infrastruktury szczególnie wrażliwe, zwłaszcza przez instytucje regulacyjne w USA i UE. Zwiększa to presję tych instytucji na operatorów systemów dystrybucyjnych, aby nie tylko wdrożyli odpowiednie rozwiązania zabezpieczające, ale również udowodnili, że gwarantują one odpowiedni poziom ochrony. W artykule opisano zagrożenia na etapie tworzenia repozytorium danych pomiarowych pochodzących z różnych źródeł, np. licznik, koncentrator lub urządzenie przenośne itd. Następnie zaproponowano odpowiednie zabezpieczenia, które powinny zostać wdrożone, zarówno w kategoriach technologii, jak i w kategoriach procesów organizacyjnych. Dotyczy to również zabezpieczeń przed nowymi atakami i zagrożeniami, które mogą uszkodzić system, takimi jak, ataki typu DOS (Denial of Service) lub przejmowanie kontroli nad wrażliwymi systemami w zdalnych, słabo kontrolowanych lokalizacjach.

In devices to monitor and control the power distribution network using the modern technologies of data transmission based on TSP/IP and so-called open solution systems. This trend is justified economically, but it requires attention to the security of data acquisition systems. Regardless of the changes in technology, grids are now considered as critical infrastructure, particularly by regulators in the United States and the European Union. This increases the pressure on these institutions to the distribution system operators to not only implement the appropriate security solutions, but also proved that they guarantee an adequate level of protection. The article describes the threats to the stage of creating a repository of measurement data from a variety of sources, such as smart meter, concentrator or portable device, etc. Then offered adequate safeguards that should be implemented - both in terms of technology and in terms of organizational processes. This also applies to protection from new attacks and threats that can damage the data acquisition system, such as DOS attacks (Denial of Service) or the control systems vulnerable to remote, poorly-controlled locations.

W artykule zaprezentowano wybrane mechanizmy zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa baz danych. Omówiono aspekty bezpieczeństwa i sposoby ich zapewniania. Skupiono się na kilku wybranych zagadnieniach związanych z zabezpieczaniem systemu i samych danych. Mechanizmy bezpieczeństwa danych rozpatrzono pod kątem ograniczenia praw dostępu i ukrywania za pomocą szyfrowania.

The article concerns the chosen issues connected to the security the system and the data. Mechanisms of data security examined for limiting the rights of access and concealment by encryption.
