Control of the process of screwing in the industrial screwdrivers

The article presents the results of research on the original screwdriver for industrial applications in the event of the need to obtain the value of tightening torque in narrower tolerances. The operating of the screwdriver is supervised by the control program, which has algorithms implemented for selecting the operating mode. The program also allows archiving operating parameters and visualization of on-line characteristics of screwing. The results allowing to verify the adequacy of the mathematical model of screwdriver operation with actual operating conditions are also presented.

W artykule przedstawiono zastosowanie programu wspomagającego budowę wkrętarek przemysłowych. Omówiono podstawowe punkty doboru modułów konstrukcyjnych wraz z matematycznym uzasadnieniem kolejności obliczanych parametrów i ich wpływu na proces wkręcania. Zamieszczono wyniki badania parametrów wkręcania skonstruowaną wkrętarką oraz zamieszczono wzory funkcji wielomianowych charakteryzujących ten proces..

The article presents computer programs assisting the structure of industrial screwdrivers. Basic points of the structural modules selection are discussed together with mathematical justification of the calculated parameters order and their influence on the process of driving. Results of the examination of driving parameters are presented with the constructed screwdriver and formulae of polynomial functions that are characteristic for this process.

This paper presents the proposal of electronically controlled torque screwdriver for drawing screws into bone tissue. This equipment will be used in the experimental practice and subsequently in the general practice. This screwdriver will control the revolution speed, torsion moment and angle of the screw.

W artykule zaproponowano sterowany elektronicznie wkrętak momentowy służący do wkręcania śrub w tkankę kostną. Urządzenie to będzie wykorzystywane w praktyce doświadczalnej, a później w praktyce ogólnej. Wkrętak będzie sterował prędkością obrotową, momentem obrotowym oraz położeniem kątowym śruby.
