Przedstawiono skutki zdrowotne narażenia na czynniki chemiczne drogą inhalacyjną w postaci gazów anestetycznych. Zidentyfikowano zagrożenia zdrowotne związane z narażeniem personelu medycznego na gazy anestetyczne. Zaproponowano podjęcie działań profilaktycznych w celu zmniejszenia ryzyka.

Currently in Poland about 2,500 different engine types are installed on the aircraft. In the years 2008-2016 powerplants failures caused nearly 600 aviation events. Aborted flight or emergency landing, especially in the case of aircraft powered by a single piston engine occurred. The objective of the article was to determine the failure causes and assessment of their impact on the flight safety. Engine faults were assigned to particular types of powerplants, for example turboshaft, piston, etc. Causes of the failures were examined, assigning ATA chapter to each of them. Also human factor was taken into account. According to the ICAO methodology, aviation safety engine systems essential for flight safety and theirs impact on the safety risk was determined. The results of the analyzes presented in this article are useful for managing the national aviation safety and supervising SMS in aviation organizations. The article shows that preventive measures to raise the level of aviation safety should be taken. This is the first comprehensive analysis of the powerplants failure causes and an evaluation of their influence on the level of aviation safety in Poland.

The following article extensively discusses issues related to utilization of ICT solutions, as well as their role and functionality in modern smart electrical power systems. Particular attention has been given to integration of electrical power systems with security policies, and methodology of design and their management. Control and supervision of systems of this magnitude largely depends on computer-controller systems and programmable devices, and their operation makes these systems increasingly complicated. The article also touches upon issues of digital security of these systems in terms of their internal control and management, and communication with smart grids.

Artykuł prezentuje zagadnienia dotyczące stosowania rozwiązań teleinformatycznych oraz pełnionej przez nie roli oraz funkcjonalności w nowoczesnych inteligentnych systemach elektroenergetycznych. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono integracji systemów elektroenergetycznych z polityką bezpieczeństwa oraz metodologii projektowania oraz ich zarządzania. Sterownie i nadzór pracy tak dużych systemów w dużym stopniu uzależniony jest od systemów sterowanych komputerowo oraz urządzeń programowalnych, a ich obsługa sprawia, że systemy te stają się coraz bardziej skomplikowane. W artykule poruszono również kwestie bezpieczeństwa cyfrowego tych systemów w obszarze ich wewnętrznego sterowania i zarządzania oraz komunikacji z siecią smart grid.

W pracy przedstawiono własności czujek dualnych oraz omówiono sposób w jaki podwyższają one wiarygodność wykrywania ataku. Podano sposób oceny ryzyka ataku oraz definicje stopnia zabezpieczenia gwarantowanego przez czujkę. Przedstawiono niektóre problemy występujące podczas badania jakości elementów. Szczegółowo omówiono metody badań funkcjonalnych czujek dualnych. Jednym z ważnych elementów gwarantujących wiarygodność tych badań jest dokładne ustalenie warunków otoczenia, monitorowanie stosowanego standardowego obiektu probierczego (SOP) oraz szybkości jego przemieszczania.

The paper was presented to the properties of the dual detector and a way into which it is increasing the dependability of detecting the attack was discussed. A way of the assessment of the risk of the intruder attack and definitions of the grade protection by the dual detectors were given. Some problems, which appearing during quality investigation of these elements were presented. In details, functional testing methods of dual detectors were discussed. Accurate establishing of back-ground surface conditions, monitoring of applied standard walk test target (SWT), and the tolerance of velocities to be used by SWT were the important elements guaranteeing the credibility of these investigations.
