Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie znaczenia antropopresji w środowisku wiejskim, w gospodarstwach ekoagroturystycznych. Złożoność podjętej problematyki badawczej zdeterminowała konieczność zastosowania zróżnicowanego podejścia do przedstawianego zagadnienia oraz wykorzystania metody indukcyjno-dedukcyjnej, analogii i porównań oraz metody obserwacji.

In any business activity, trade, economic or in services, a man plays the most important role. The human impact on the environment and development of eco-agrotourism is particularly important, as it impacts directly or indirectly on the natural environment, ie. flora and fauna. The issue of human pressure of ecoagrotourism took on special significance after the Polish accession to the European Union. This is very important due to the fact that the members of the European Union attach considerable importance to the issues of ecology, tourism, eco-agrotourism, leisure and recreation. This also applies to Polish society. Therefore, tourism and eco-agrotourism in Poland is facing intense international competition. Therefore, it is desirable to show the positive and negative effects of anthropogenic pressure and show the importance of the human factor. While running eco-agrotouristic business each potential service provider should give careful consideration to the desirability and possibility of development in the coming years, taking into account its sustainability. The same issue should be a reference to any visitor of eco-agrotouristic farm.

Rural environment together with industrialized animals and birds husbandry is an active manufacturer of large amounts of harmful carbon dioxide gases, hydrogen sulphide and ammonium. Content of above substances is strictly connected with odour intensification. They have negative effect on natural environment, human life, as well as effects on livestock manufacturing. Thus, different strategies of their intensification are being constantly searched. Herein article presents though, the application of effective microorganisms as the alternative in the struggle with such worldwide problem in broiler breeding. Here the useful microorganisms influence the suppression of droppings breakdown processes, causing ecological deodorization, decreasing the odours emission.

Rural development and, implicitly, raising the standard of living of the village inhabitants are not possible without modernizing the agricultural production which can be achieved by putting into practice the results of scientific research as well as providing a feedback to common agricultural policies. Enhanced crops of high quality and low costs are the markers of the activity in agricultural exploitations showing the profitability and competitiveness of those in the market economy. Under such circumstances, the agricultural producer also needs, beside the material means, the financial ones; therefore, combining the knowledge adequate to the technological and economic management is necessary.

Rozwój obszarów wiejskich i, pośrednio, podniesienie poziomu życia mieszkańców wsi nie są możliwe bez modernizacji produkcji rolnej, która może być osiągnięta przez wprowadzenie do praktyki wyników badań naukowych, jak również dostarczenie informacji zwrotnej do wspólnej polityki rolnej. Zwiększone wysokiej jakości uprawy i niskie koszty są markerami aktywności w eksploatacji ziemi rolnej wykazującymi na rentowność i konkurencyjność tych, którzy działają w gospodarce rynkowej. W takich okolicznościach, producent rolny potrzebuje również, obok środków materialnych, te finansowe, dlatego też, niezbędne jest łączenie odpowiedniej wiedzy związanej z zarządzaniem technologicznym i gospodarczym.

Diet of co-occurring Barn Owl and Spotted Eagle Owl has been studied by means of pellet contents analysis in urban and rural environments in the Highveld of South Africa. In urban environment, diet of both owl species was dominated by murid rodents (mainly Otomys, Mastomys and Rhabdomys). In rural environment, Barn Owl diet was also dominated by murid rodents, but in the diet of the Spotted Eagle Owl higher proportion of birds and non-murid rodents was recorded. Although in the rural environment the breadth of diet niche was wider in Spotted Eagle Owl (DB = 35.41) than in Barn Owl (DB = 12.67), there was almost total dietary overlap (DO = 0.98) between these two co-occurring owl species. For contrast, there was only slight food niche overlap (DO = 0.12) between these owl species co-occurring in the urban environment, but the diet breadth here was also wider in Spotted Eagle Owl (DB = 29.02) than in Barn Owl (DB = 17.90). In the urban environment diet breadth of the Spotted Eagle Owl is, therefore, slightly wider than in rural environment, while in the case of the Barn Owl the reverse is true. Probably there is lower abundance of available prey in urban and rural areas in the Highveld, in comparison with more natural habitats. This may force both species to resort to a more diverse diet to meet their energy requirements. Both species show, therefore, high plasticity of foraging.

W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe problemy zarządzania kapitałem ludzkim w środowisku wiejskini Istotnym elementem sprzyjającym wzmocnieniu kapitału ludzkiego jest wykształcenie. Zaprezentowano pogląd o poziomie i strukturze wykształcenia ludności wiejskiej na podstawie danych NSP-1988. PSR-1996.

Basic problems in rural areas human capital rnariagement have been presented in this article. The key factor positively influeriring the quality level increase of human capital is education, Education level and structure have been analysed based on data extracted from NSP- 1988. PSR- 1996 and NSP-2002. The most important target is education quality (as well as level) improvement with regard to effective management of human capital in rural enviroment.
