Naziemny ruch lotniskowy obejmuje obsługę samolotu na miejscu postojowym. Jest to proces składający się z szeregu czynności występujących równolegle lub szeregowo. Zbudowano model symulacyjny odzwierciedlający czynności wykonywane podczas postoju samolotu. Wykonano pomiary czasów zgłoszeń i czasów wykonania czynności elementarnych obsługi naziemnej samolotów. Zebrane dane wykorzystano przy testowaniu i eksperymentach symulacyjnych na opracowanym modelu obsługi naziemnej.

This paper presents a fragment of an analysis of the elementary operations performed at the apron. The method of solving the problem is based upon an analysis of the actual airport operations. During the investigation different ground handling processes schemes and elementary operations identified at the apron were analyzed. Random parameters of the duration of each action at the apron were identified. It was presented short description of simulation method.

Praca niniejsza skupia się na zagadnieniu lotniskowej obsługi naziemnej. Dokładnie przeanalizowano elementy składowe rzeczywistego procesu obsługi naziemnej samolotów. Czas zakończenia obsługi naziemnej ma wpływ na czas zgłoszenia gotowości do kołowania a więc i czas startu samolotu, ma więc pośredni wpływ na przepustowość lotniczą portu lotniczego. W pracy rozpatrzono schematy sieci czynnościowych obsługi naziemnej różnych typów samolotów według przyjętych kategorii. Szczegółowa analiza czynności obsługowych samolotów była bazą do opracowania algorytmu koordynacji ruchu lotniskowego. Koordynacja oznacza synchronizację obsługi naziemnej z operacjami startów samolotów.

The present paper concentrates on problem of grounds handling. The elementary ground handling processes have been identified. It was necessary to analysis of the traffic of planes, which take off, and land in the ground airplane traffic. The focus was the problem of increase of capacity of an airport for the ground airport operations. In paper was described schemes of ground operations different aircraft. Analysis of aircraft and ground handling operations were basic to studied algorithm of aerodrome traffic coordination. The coordination means synchronization between ground handling and runway operations.

This paper presents a fragment of an analysis of the elementary operations performed at the apron. In order to achieve the intended target it was necessary to perform a comprehensive analysis of the traffic of planes, which take-off and land in the ground airplane traffic. The elementary ground handling processes and random parameters of their realization have been identified.

W referacie przedstawiono fragment analizy operacji elementarnych wykonywanych na miejscu postojowym. Dla osiągnięcia zamierzonego celu konieczna była pełna analiza ruchu samolotów startujących i lądujących w lotniczym ruchu naziemnym. Zidentyfikowane zostały elementarne operacje obsługi naziemnej i parametry losowe czasów ich wykonania.

Referat jest wstępem do wykonania pełnej analizy problemu realizacji obsługi naziemnej samolotów na płycie postojowej lotniska wykonywanej przed operacją startu. Zidentyfikowane elementarne czynności obsługowe i czasy ich trwania posłużyły do uproszczenia sieci czynności elementarnych. Wykazano, które z nich znajdują się na ścieżce krytycznej na podstawie czasów minimalnych, średnich i maksymalnych. Czas przeznaczony na czynności obsługowe ma wpływ na określenie kolejności startów samolotów. Istotą problemu jest zidentyfikowanie elementarnych operacji obsługowych determinujących czas wykonania obsługi naziemnej.

The article represents aspects of management the airport operations and describes possibilities the research in the field of optimal planning of airport ground operations, with a focus on handling service operations. Recently, the commercial aviation community has experienced a significant increase in demand for air transportation. Therefore it is important to enlarged airport capacity and tried to reduce of the environmental impact and the costs incurred by operational inefficiencies. Accurate and timely predictions of airline ground operation time can potentially lead to improved management of airport surface traffic, including reductions in the variability and average duration of costly airline delays. In most studies of the air transportation system do not consider ground operations and also in many models the ground time, which includes all processes from block-on to block-off, is assumed to be of constant length. The main purpose, in this paper, is analysis of aircrafts operation during aerodrome traffic, identification elementary operation of ground service and random parameters of times of their realization. Organizational schemes and their lattice functional be analyzed become for possible organizations of ground service on apron.
