Omówiono dotychczas stosowane sposoby oceny stateczności stropu wyrobisk kopalń podziemnych dla oceny zagrożenia zawałem. Stwierdzono brak możliwości uzyskiwania jednoznacznej i natychmiastowej oceny zagrożenia utraty stateczności stropu albo szybkiego sprawdzania skuteczności działań profilaktycznych dla poprawy stateczności stropu, takich jak dodatkowe kotwienie, głębokie kotwienie, czy podparcie stropu. Przedstawiono nowy sposób oceny stateczności stropu oparty na pomiarze średniej chwilowej prędkości rozwarstwienia stropu mierzonej za pomocą przyrządu nazywanego testerem stropu. Przedstawiono wyniki dwuletnich badań nowego sposobu testowania stateczności stropu w kopalniach rud miedzi "Rudna" i "Polkowice - Sieroszowice", oraz oceniono efektywność doświadczalnego testowania stropu w tych kopalniach.

The article discusses the methods applied in assessment of roof stability of underground mine workings aimed at determining the roof-fall hazard level. Established has been the fact of impossibility of obtaining an unequivocal and immediate assessment of the risk of loosing of the roof stability or a quick checking of the effectiveness of preventive measures taken to improve the roof stability, such as additional rock-bolting, deep rock-bolting or supporting of the roof. Presented is a new method of assessment of roof stability based on measurement of the mean value of instantaneous roof lamination rate by means of an instrument named a Roof Tester. Presented as well have been the results of a two-year examination of the new method of roof stability testing in the cooper ore mines of "Rudna" and "Polkowice-Sieroszowice" and assessed - the effectiveness of empirical roof condition testing in the two mines.

Ocenę stopnia bezpieczeństwa w wyrobiskach korytarzowych, wykonanych w obudowie kotwiowej, prowadzi się głównie przez pomiar rozwarstwienia skał stropowych. Znane są i stosowane sposoby pomiarów rozwarstwień, określane jako dwupoziomowe, trójpoziomowe, czteropoziomowe i wielopoziomowe. W artykule scharakteryzowano sposoby pomiarów rozwarstwień. Dla prowadzenia bardziej prawidłowej oceny pracy skotwionego stropu, korzystnym systemem jest trójpoziomowy pomiar rozwarstwień skał stropowych, który w zależności od warunków geologiczno-górniczych może być stosowany jako system z dodatkowym pomiarem rozwarstwienia strefy stabilnej przykotwienia. Zwrócono uwagę na stosowanie właściwego zagęszczenia punktów pomiarowych rozwarstwień na długości wyrobiska oraz analizę rozwarstwień, ich przyrostów i trendów.

The assessment of safety in roadways driven with rockbolting is done mainly by measurement of delamination of roof rocks. There are known and used delamination measurement methods denoted as a two-, three-, four-, and multilevel measurements. The article characterises the methods of delamination measurements. A three-level measurement system for delamination of roof rocks is favourite for conductance of more correct assessment of behaviour of the bolted roof. Depending on geological-mining conditions it can be used as the system with additional measurement of delamination of a stable zone close to bolts. Attention was paid to application of proper densifying of measurement points of delamination along the advance of the working and analysis of delamination within the scope of their increase and directions.

Omówiono dotychczas stosowane sposoby oceny stateczności stropu wyrobisk górniczych w warunkach kopalń rud miedzi. Na podstawie badań własnych oraz danych z literatury pokazano przykłady bardzo dużego zróżnicowania prędkości rozwarstwiania się stropów statecznych i niestatecznych. Zaproponowano na tej podstawie wykonanie pomiarów prędkości "chwilowych" rozwarstwiania się stropów w wyrobiskach górniczych, jako pośredniej miary ich stateczności. Omówiono przyrząd do realizowania tego sposobu, oraz oceniono efektywność nowego sposobu oceny stateczności stropu na przykładzie badań w kopalni "Rudna".

Discussed are the methods so far applied in assessment of stability of the roof of mine workings in the conditions that prevail in the copper mines. On the basis of our own research work and the data derived from the respective literature shown are some examples of a very high diversification of the values of rapidity of lamination of the stable and non-stable roofs. On this basis proposed has been the effecting of measurements of the "instantaneous" rapidity values for roof lamination in mine workings, as an indirect criteria in assessment of the stability. Discussed is the respective instrument for implementing the method, and assessed is the effectiveness of the new method of roof stability assessment on the basis of the research work done in the "Rudna" Mine as an example.

Ocenę stopnia bezpieczeństwa wyrobiska korytarzowego wykonanego w obudowie kotwionej najkorzystniej jest prowadzić za pomocą rutynowego wizualnego pomiaru rozwarstwienia skał stropowych. W celu prowadzenia bardziej prawidłowej oceny pracy skotwionego stropu zaprojektowano system trzypoziomowego pomiaru rozwarstwień skał stropowych, który w zależności od warunków geologiczno-górniczych może być stosowany jako system z dodatkowym pomiarem rozwarstwienia stropu bezpośredniego lub z dodatkowym pomiarem rozwarstwienia strefy stabilnej przykotwienia kotwi na poziomie lk -0,3 m do lk +0,3 m. Przy pomiarach należy stosować właściwe zagęszczenie punktów pomiarowych rozwarstwień oraz ich analizę w czasie w zakresie badania przyrostów i oceny ich trendów.

An estimation of the safety of narrow working with roof bolting ca be done by routine visual measurement of the roof stratification. For a proper estimation of the bolted roof behavior a tree-level measuring system f the stratificated roof rock has been designed. Depending on the geological and mining conditions this systems can be used for additional measurement of stratification of the stable zone of anchoring in the direct roof or for additional measurement of a proper concentration of measuring points and their periodical analysis regarding the tested increments and estimation of trends will be used.

Jak wskazują dotychczasowe doświadczenia z utrzymywaniem wyrobisk w obudowie kotwionej, pomiar rozwarstwień stropu stanowi podstawowy wskaźnik jakości pracy tej obudowy. Właściwie zinterpretowane wyniki pomiarów mogą przynieść niezwykle istotne informacje, które mogą posłużyc zarówno do bieżącej oceny sytuacji jak i do podejmowania decyzji o ewentualnej zmianie metryki kotwienia czy dodatkowego wzmocnienia obudowy. Artykuł uwzględnia wpływ czoła ściany na rozwój rozwarstwienia stropu w wyrobisku chodnikowym.

As indicatedby the experience so far gained in maintenance of mine workings with rock-bolting support system, the measurement of roof stratifications costitutes the basic performance quality indicator means. Proper interpretation of the results may provide essental information of high importance, wich informations may serve both for current assessment of the situation and for taking decisions about a possibe change of the bolting systme chart, or an additional reinforcementof the support system.
