A unified calculating approach is needed for public passenger transportation. All public transport companies and other stakeholders would have additional opportunities to create a transport offer if the unified methodology was made available to them and if calculations and calculation criteria were harmonized. Thus, the main goal – improving citizen mobility – would be accomplished. For this reason, in the study, we suggested the hybrid fuzzy methods for evaluating and improving the quality of public transport service. Unreliable responses of survey participants often distort group decision-making regarding the problem of public services, negatively affecting the end of the calculation procedure. Fuzzy multicriteria decision-making approach has been used. The suggested technique has the advantage of taking into account the degree of fuzzification of respondents' judgments about the choice scenario, while also using two MCDM models to eliminate bias in the responses.

Żeby siły zbrojne mogły realizować swoje podstawowe zadania muszą dysponować odpowiednim jakościowo sprzętem wojskowym, tzn. dostosowanym do ich potrzeb i stawianym im wymagań. Wyposażenie sił zbrojnych w nowoczesny sprzęt wojskowy zapewnia dużą niezależność międzynarodową i obronną danego państwa dlatego ważne jest, aby właściwie ocenić sprzęt wojskowy i wskazać to rozwiązanie, które jest jak najbardziej odpowiednim dla sił zbrojnych. Zachodzi więc pytanie w jaki sposób dokonać takiej oceny oraz jakie metody do tego wykorzystać? Artykuł przedstawia ocenę sprzętu wojskowego wykorzystującą rozmytą metodę AHP.

That the armed forces could carry out its basic tasks must have good quality equipment, adapted to their needs and fulfil the requirements. Equipment of the armed forces into a modern military equipment for the independence of the international and defence, therefore, it is important to properly assess military equipment and is a solution that is most appropriate for the armed forces. So the question is how to make such an assessment and what methods to use? The article presents an assessment of the military equipment using fuzzy AHP method.
