W pracy, na podstawie analizy kosztu uprawowego związanego z rozłogiem pola uprawnego gruntu ornego i kosztów odpowiadających mu modeli, autor wyznacza składowe tego pierwszego. W badaniu ustalono, że wzrost kosztu uprawowego związanego z rozłogiem pola uprawnego gruntu ornego spowodowany jest następującymi wadami jego rozłogu: niepoprawnym kształtem pola, brakiem drugiego dostępu z pola do drogi i małą powierzchnią pola. Wskazano, że wymienione wady rozłogu stanowią przyczynę zmniejszenia dochodu z produkcji roślinnej danego pola uprawnego gruntu ornego. W końcowej części autor podaje, iż składowe kosztu uprawowego związanego z rozłogiem pola uprawnego gruntu ornego stanowiły podstawę opracowania metody "kosztu rozłogu" oraz umożliwiły ekonomiczną ocenę składowych efektów scalenia gruntów gospodarstw rolnych, a także ocenę kształtu rozłogu nieruchomości rolnych gruntowych na potrzeby szacowania.

In this paper the determination of factors of the cost related to the land configuration is presented. The factors are determined on the basis of both the cost of the land configuration of arable land area and costs linked to adequate, related models. Results of part of the research show that the increase of the cost of the land configuration related to arable land area is caused by the following defects: (i) inappropriate shape of a land parcel, (ii) lack of two-side-access to a communication network from a field, (iii) small area of a field. It is also pointed out that the mentioned drawbacks of the land configuration cause the decrease of the income from cultivation of soil of an arable land area. At the end of the paper it is indicated that the foundation of the elaboration of the method of "cost of the land configuration" was based on appropriate allocation of the factors of the cost related to the land con figuration. Additionally, creation of the mentioned factors makes possible economic assessment of effects of the land configuration of arable land area as well as assessment of a shape of agricultural real property in the case of its evaluation.
