Test technique of rotor rotational speed, stator and rotor windings resistances as well as equivalent resistances of magnetizing branch of on-load induction motor is offered. It eliminates using of test devices right in the motor. The technique is based on applying of Iower voltage of zero and control frequencies to a stator winding. An ohmic resistance and stator winding temperature are computed on the value of direct current. Changing control voltage by a certain algorithm, a rotor rotational speed and ohmic resistance of a motor magnetizing branch are determined. This ohmic resistance permits to define motor magnetic circuit condition. The rotor windings ohmic resistance and temperature are computed by application of motor equivalent circuit of the usual type.

Zaproponowano metodę badania szybkości obrotowej wirnika, rezystancji stojana i wirnika oraz rezystancji zastępczych obciążonego silnika indukcyjnego. Metoda wykorzystuje niskie napięcia w uzwojeniu stojana przy kontrolowanej częstotliwości. Rezystancja omowa i temperatura uzwojenia są wyznaczane na podstawie pomiaru prądu. Przez zmianę napięcia według ustalonego algorytmu można określać szybkość wirnika. Rezystancja omowa obwodu wirnika i jego temperatura pozwalają na konstrukcję schematu zastępczego silnika.
