The predominant concept in the article is the necessity to have appropriate personnel as the prerequisite for success of any business. Any employee, notwithstanding his position in the company structure, makes an important link for the company's proper operation and development. Therefore, recognition of the role of each employee and showing appreciation to him is reflected in his attitude towards the employer. The article also includes results of a survey conducted among 100 global business leaders that are present on the Polish market.
