W artykule omówione zostały podstawowe założenie w zakresie opisu części podażowej symulacyjnego modelu transportowego, w zakresie zarówno transportu samochodowego, towarowego, jak i publicznego transportu zbiorowego. Opis odniesiono do wymogów stawianych przez najczęściej stosowany w Polsce specjalistyczny program do budowy i prowadzenia makro symulacji funkcjonowania systemów transportowych – VISUM. Omówiono zasadnicze parametry niezbędne w opisie sieci transportowych, przedstawiono listę proponowanych typów odcinków oraz ich kluczową parametryzację. Całość podsumowano wnioskami i zaleceniami.

The article discusses the basic assumption in the description of the supply part of the simulated transport model, in terms of private transport, freight and public transport. The description was referenced to the requirements of the most frequently used in Poland specialized program for building and conducting a macro simulation of transport systems functioning - VISUM. The essential parameters necessary in the description of transport networks are presented, the list of proposed types of link types and their key parameters are presented. The whole was sub-summed up with conclusions and recommendations.

An advance in infinite graph models for the analysis of transportation networks

This paper extends to infinite graphs the most general extremal issues, which are problems of determining the maximum number of edges of a graph not containing a given subgraph. It also relates the new results with the corresponding situations for the finite case. In particular, concepts from ‘finite’ graph theory, like the average degree and the extremal number, are generalized and computed for some specific cases. Finally, some applications of infinite graphs to the transportation of dangerous goods are presented; they involve the analysis of networks and percolation thresholds.
