W artykule przedstawiono klasyfikację kosztów realizacji procesów przewozowych w transporcie drogowym. Uwzględniając różne kryteria podziału kosztów zaproponowano ich klasyfikację ogólną. Następnie, przyjmując, że w jednym cyklu przewozowym może być zrealizowanych wiele zadań przewozowych, przedstawiono zależności analityczne na koszty realizacji cykli przewozowych, jak również koszty realizacji poszczególnych zadań przewozowych. Przedstawione w artykule podejście może być stosowane do kalkulacji kosztów realizacji całopojazdowych zadań przewozowych wykonywanych zarówno w cyklach złożonych, jak i prostych (przypadek szczególny).

The article presents the classification of the costs of implementation transport processes in road transport. Taking into account the different cost sharing criteria we proposed their general classification. Then, assuming that in one transport cycle can be completed many transportation tasks we presented analytical dependences on costs of transport cycles implementation as well as the costs of individual transport tasks. Presented in the article approach can be used to calculate costs of implementation of full truckloads transport tasks performed both in complex cycles and simple (special case).

Companies compete not only on price of offered products and services, but also on the quality, including the time of delivery of the product or service implementation. Contemporary logistics solutions, ensuring high utilization mileage of means of transport, cause, that in transport complex transport cycles are increasingly common. In these cycles as opposed to a simple transport, cycles are realized many transport tasks. The paper presents the classification of the costs of implementing of transport processes in road transport. Taking into account the different cost sharing criteria was proposed their general classification. Were identified means of transport parameters that have the most significant impact on the level of costs in transport. Then, assuming that in one transport cycle can be realized many transport tasks were presented analytical dependences on the implementation costs of transport cycles, as well as the implementation costs of individual transport tasks. Presented in the article approach can be used to calculate costs of implementing full truck transport tasks performed both in complex and simple (special case) cycles. Types of costs in road transport, general classification of costs in the road transport, vehicle parameters affecting the level of direct costs of transport, principles for determining the cost of road transport carriage are presented in the paper.

The article presents analysis of the road transport costs with regard to the types of vehicles. Discussed problem is important from the point of view of both the carrier and the company engaged in the organization of transport. The classification of costs in road transport significantly dependent on the types of used vehicle is presented. The factors affecting individual cost components with regard to the vehicles’ value, the permissible total weight, type of engine and fuel are defined. Selected components of the costs are enhanced by original analytic formulas with given examples of their values under fixed parameters of realized transport service. The participation of selected components of costs in total costs of transport and their impact on the costs of transportation are investigated. Considerations are illustrated by numerical example which examined road transport carried out in relation Mszczonów (PL) – Hamburg (DE) by one driver. Examined variants are based on vehicles meeting Euro standard III, IV, V and VI. As it was shown, the most cost-effective variant in discussed transport relation uses vehicles with highest emission standards.
