W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję wykorzystania reguł decyzyjnych stosowanych w modelach tzw. gier z naturą w procesie doboru środków redukcji ryzyka zagrożeń do systemów bezpieczeństwa. Dobór tych środków jest jednym z kluczowych etapów tworzenia systemów bezpieczeństwa. Przedstawiono ogólny opis i założenia wskazanej koncepcji. W sposób szczegółowy zaprezentowano jej algorytm. Przedstawiono także jeden z wariantów realizacji koncepcji tj. sekwencyjny dobór środków redukcji ryzyka.

Paper presents the use of decision rules used in the models to solve conflict situations (so-called models games with nature) to the selection of risk reduction measures to safety systems. The choice of these measures is one of the key steps in the creation of safety systems. A general description and assumptions the concept is presented. A detailed model is given. Also shown one variant of the concept, ie the sequential selection of risk reduction measures.

The concept of identification of layers of safety system models through classification of risk reduction measures

The article is an introduction to the analysis of the functioning of the safety systems with the use of layered models. The idea behind these models is the classification of elements of safety systems into independent groups referred to as the layers of protection. It seems that the functioning of the safety systems is usually based on the concept of multi-layer securities. Modern technological installations of high-risk industrial facilities are fitted with multi layer security systems. The definition of the safety systems and a review of the definitions of hazard risk reduction measures as part of those systems are presented. A layer of the model of a safety system comprises the measure of risk reduction in terms of the stage of classification. It has been assumed that the safety system model will depend on the adopted classification of these measures. The classification of risk reduction measures used in safety systems of technical objects depending on the form of these measures is presented. Assuming that the form of the safety system model depends on the adopted classification of the risk reduction measures we can perform an identification of the layers of this model. The concept of identification of protection layers in multi-layers safety systems based on classifications is developed. The notation used in the classification of types of risk reduction measures is also presented. Schematic of safety system identification of transport systems objects according to the adopted classification of types of risk reduction measures is developed. According to these schematics, we can describe the safety system models of object other than those related to transport. An example of such an adaptation has been developed for a multi-layer safety system model of objects in the processing industry.

Przedstawiono ideę identyfikacji warstw modelu systemu bezpieczeństwa obiektów w transporcie z wykorzystaniem opracowanej klasyfikacji środków redukcji ryzyka zagrożeń. Prezentowana idea zakłada,że jednym ze sposobów identyfikacji jest adaptacja wielowarstwowego modelu systemu bezpieczeństwa obiektów w transporcie do znanych modeli tego typu. Podano przykłady takiej adaptacji. Omówiono także notację stosowaną w procesie identyfikacji do symbolicznego zapisu nazw warstw modelu.

The paper presented the idea of identification of the layers in safety system models for objects in transport using the classification of hazard risk reduction measures. The presented idea that one way to identify the model is an adaptation of a multi-layered safety system for the transport of objects in the known models of this type. The examples of such adaptation are given. Also discusses the notation used in the identification process to write the names of the symbolic model layers.

Dokonano przeglądu definicji dotyczących środków redukcji ryzyka zagrożeń jako elementów tych systemów. Przedstawiono klasyfikacje środków redukcji ryzyka zagrożeń. Przedstawiono koncepcję identyfikacji warstw modeli systemów bezpieczeństwa w oparciu o opracowane klasyfikacje.
