In the paper preliminary investigation results dealing with geometrical and operating parameters in ring-shaped jet mills are presented. The selection of construction and operating parameters of the mill is responsible for the dispersion degree.

In the paper the preliminary investigation results for ring-shaped jet mills are presented. The geometric parameters of the mill, rate of material grinding and air flow were chosen as variables of the process. The selection of constructional and operating parametrs of the mill makes it possible to obtain an appropiate degree of dispersion and operating efficiency.
