W pracy opisano sposób budowy układu reograficznego, bazującego na szerokim wykorzystaniu układów cyfrowych w celu zapewnienia stabilności parametrów toru pomiarowego oraz rozszerzenia jego funkcyjności. Nowe rozwiązanie dotyczy kompensacji oporu bazowego za pomocą potencjometru cyfrowego, cyfrowej syntezy kwadraturowych sygnałów pobudzenia oraz wykonania detekcji synchronicznej w postaci cyfrowej.

This paper describes a method of rheographic system design, that is based on the wide use of digital components in order to ensure the stability of the measuring channel parameters as well as expanding its functionality. A novel approach concerns the compensation of the base resistance using a digital potentiometer, digital synthesis of quadrature probe signals and the implementation of synchronous detection in a digital form.

In article the method of the qualification of CP rheograms on the strength of wavelet transformation for the calculations of the blood ejection volume was elaborated. Rheography (different name impedance plethysmography) is the powerful research instrument of the condition of the human cardiovascular system, rheogramy as a reflecting the spur-frequencies of blood in the researched organ - curve, contains important diagnostic informations.

W referacie została omówiona metoda określenia punktów charakterystycznych reogramów w oparciu o transformację falkową dla obliczeń pojemności wyrzutu krwi (blood ejection volume). Reografia jest potężnym instrumentem badawczym stanu układu naczyniowego człowieka, a jej krzywa - reograma zawiera bardzo ważne informacje diagnostyczne. Zaprezentowana w referacie metoda określenia punktów charakterystycznych reogramów na bazie transformaty falkowej zapewnia dużą dokładność i niweluje zakłócenia.

The impedance rheography as a method of measurement and recording of electrical impedance and its changes in a body segment is widely used in research and medical practice. Several types, single or multichannel, analog or digital impedance rheographs were developed at Warsaw University of Technology. A digital impedance rheograph has been recently designed for measurement of impedance modulus (...) and its changes (...) of body segment or tissue sequent simultaneously with ECG signal. The designed rheographs were positively tested technically and clinically. In this article is presented the clinical application of impedance rheography for study of systemic and pulmonary blood flow in two different groups of patients with several cardiac abnormalities or after therapeutic procedures. The investigation of systemic blood circulation was done on group of 20 patients with cardiac arrhythmia (15 cardioverted and 5 cardiostimulated patients). The pulmonary blood circulation was studied on 20 healthy and 26 patients: 8 with isolated pulmonary stenosis and 18 with Fallot syndrome. The findings show that impedance method allows to detect and assess these abnormalities.
