Jednak już dziś istnieje duże zapotrzebowanie na wykwalifikowane kadry gotowe do wdrażania technologii już nie tylko w IT, ale w niemal wszystkich gałęziach gospodarki – od rolnictwa po medycynę. Dlatego tak ważne jest przygotowanie dzisiejszej młodzieży na zmianę, która dokona się równocześnie na rynku pracy jak i w pozostałych aspektach życia.

Today it is hard to imagine practicing any profession without computer skills. The same may be true of the knowledge of artificial intelligence soon. However, today there is a great demand for qualified staff ready to implement technologies not only in IT, but in almost all sectors of the economy - from agriculture to medicine. That is why it is so important to prepare today’s youth for the change that will occur simultaneously in the labor market and other aspects of life.

In recent years, electric and hybrid vehicles have taken more and more attention due to their apparent advantages in saving fuel resources and reducing harmful emissions into the environment. Even though electric vehicles can solve the ecological problem, their operation is faced with a number of inconveniences associated with a limited driving distance from a single charge due to limited storage of energy from an independent power source and a lack of the required service and repair infrastructure. In hybrid and electric vehicles one of the main parameters is the curb weight, which affects energy consumption, vehicle speed, stability, controllability and maneuverability. In this regard, leading car manufacturers use parts with a low specific weight (non-metallic, aluminum alloys, etc.) in the design and also exclude some units from the design. Due to these technical solutions, the vehicle's operating is improved. One of the groups of parameters to be defined when designing a new electric vehicle is the parameters relating to the electric motor. The purpose of the article is determination of the mechanical characteristics of a two-rotor electric motor during magnetic flux control and assessment of the possibility of organizing the drive of the drive wheels of the vehicle. The electric motor has two mechanically independent outputs. For the study, an electrical equivalent diagram has been developed for the given two-rotor electric motor. A simulation model of the equivalent diagram has been built. Simulating the interaction processes of the rotors with the stator made it possible to obtain data for building the mechanical characteristics for each output of the electric motor. Analysis and processing of the mechanical characteristics data of the electric motors showed the conformity and the range of changes in the torque on each of the rotors when changing their slip and revolution, which are required when building algorithms for the operation of electric motor control systems as part of drives for various purposes. Analysis of the simulation results made it possible to assess the possibility of using the considered two-rotor electric motor for the drive of drive wheels in an electric and hybrid wheeled vehicle.

Persistence and adaptation are the main characteristics that have allowed FARC and Hezbollah to become perhaps the most successful proxy groups in recent years. Both Iran and Venezuela have sponsored the military, political and criminal actions of these alleged insurgent organisations. The main objective of this research was to identify and conceptualise the mitotic evolution of FARC and Hezbollah from purely armed organisms into consolidated political organisations in Colombia and Lebanon, and how this evolution has presented a criminal convergence in Venezuela based on drug trafficking and money laundering. This article is based on a comparative case-study of published research papers, documents, and official statements of FARC and Hezbollah, by applying a rational perspective that allows their performance to be deduced. The research results showed a constant mutation of these hybrid threats. Thus, not only was the political and military success of these organisations established but also the strategic support of a criminal dimension which converged in Venezuela, where the FARC drug trafficking and Hezbollah money laundering were amalgamated. Consequently, the investigation exposes the possible consequences of the FARC-Hezbollah criminal convergence in the Americas and its destabilising effects in the next decade.

Nowadays the time of the smart ship is at the door. This is the result of the new, Fourth Industrial Revolution that is fast approaching. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is the result of an enormous increase in information being acquired, stored, processed, and transmitted The effect of this has been smart domestic appliances, robots, telephones, production machines, and other objects, visible everywhere in everyday life. There are obviously many advantages to the introduction of smart vehicles and attempts to introduce smart cars into traffic are already in progress. Smart ships are also currently attracting much attention. RINA organized three international conferences on this subject in a short space of time. An attempt to send a fully autonomous experimental ship across the Atlantic is already in progress. Although technically it would be possible to already build smart ships, there are many practical problems to be solved before they could be put into operation. Apart from purely technical problems there are problems of the economy, safety, security, and environmental protection as well as legal and political problems. There are also important problems regarding employment, training, and human relations. Questions are now being asked as to whether smart ships would be fully autonomous, remote controlled, or manned with a skeleton crew, and who will ultimately be responsible for the ship in question and how smart ships will affect sea traffic. Some of these problems have been discussed in this paper.

Artykuł opisuje przemiany jakie dotknęły Egipt w trakcie, jak i po przewrotach związanych z Arabską Wiosną. Głównie porusza problemy wewnętrzne, które były przyczyną rewolucji oraz analizuje zmiany, które stały się nadzieją na zmianę systemu oraz nowego spojrzenia na społeczeństwo. Rozważania mają na celu uwidocznić skalę problemu i trudności jakie stoją na drodze do upragnionego pluralizmu.

This article describes the changes that have affected Egypt during and after the upheavals associated with the Arab Spring. It mainly addresses internal problems that were the cause of the revolution and analyzes changes that have become the hope of changing the system and looking at society. The reflections are intended to show the scale of the problem and the difficulties that stand in the way of the desired pluralism.

W artykule przedstawiono znaczenie rozwoju technologicznego w kontekście nowych możliwości użycia lotnictwa w złożonym informatyczno-sieciowym, cyfrowym polu walki. Opisano rolę ciągłości obserwacji trójwymiarowego pola walki podczas realizacji operacji o panowanie w powietrzu. Wykazano, jak użycie broni precyzyjnego rażenia, bro- ni opartej na nowych prawach zdobyczy fizyki, rewolucja napędu lotniczego zmienia oblicze przyszłego pola walki, a w nim roli użycia lotnictwa.

The article presents the significance of technological development in the context of new possibilities for using aviation in a complex, information– networked, digital battlefield. The role of continuous observation of three dimensional battlefield while perform- ing operations to gain the supremacy in the air was described. The article shows in what way the face of future battlefield and the role of aviation in it are transformed due to the application of precision weapons, weapons based on new achievements in physics and revolution in aviation propulsion systems.

W artykule przedstawiono rewolucyjne zmiany jakie przyniosło, do wykańczaniu odlewów, zastosowanie automatycznych szlifierek, a przede wszystkim linii szlifierskich. Przedstawiono nie tylko zalety ale i wady szlifierni, od których niestety trudno jest się uwolnić. Jedną z nich jest ograniczona ilość wolnych mocy przerobowych na poszczególnych stanowiskach. Rozwiązaniem tego problemu jest wprowadzenie linii szlifierskich, które stanowią jedno z ogniw realizacji całokształtu produkcji, co zapewnia uwzględnienie liczby odlewów dostarczanych z linii formierskich do operacji wykańczania, analizę kosztów, tempo pracy i możliwość rozliczania pracowników z liczby odlewów przesyłanych do oszlifowania.

In te article have been presented the revolutionary changes brought to the castings fettling technology by the application of the automatic grinding machines and first of all the grinding lines. There were presented not only the advantages but also the disadvantages of grinding plants, from which it is not easily to be relieved. One of them is the limited processing power on the singular stands. The solution of this problem can bring the application of the grinding lines, which form one of the links in the realization of the total production, which can ensure consideration of the ammount of the produced castings coming from the moulding lines, the cost analysis, labour rate and the possibility of account the workers of the castings' amount sent for grinding.
