The paper presents the first off-grid system designed to supply electricity to the equipment mounted on components of the district heating network in district heating chambers. The proposed off-grid system is equipped, among other things, with a turbine and a generator intended for electricity production. On-grid power supply is a common way of providing electricity with strictly defined, known and verified operating parameters. For off-grid power supply, however, there are no documented testing results showing such parameters. This paper presents selected results of tests and measurements carried out during the operation of an off-grid supply system powering the equipment installed in a district heating chamber. The values of voltage obtained from a turbine-driven generator are analysed in detail. The analysis results can be used as the basis for further works aiming to optimize the off-grid system of electricity supply to devices installed in district heating chambers.

Artykuł opisuje dwa modele termodynamiczne elektrociepłowni EC-2 w Siedlcach wykorzystujący przemiany izentropowe i politropowe oraz model spalania gazu. Pokazano szczegółowy algorytm obliczeń prowadzonych w modelach. Porównano wyniki uzyskane z modeli z wynikami pomiarów uzyskując dobrą zgodność. Modele można wykorzystać do optymalizacji pracy elektrociepłowni gazowo–parowej pracującej na rynku energii.

This article describes two thermodynamic models of plant EC-2 located in Siedlce. First model uses isentropic expansion, second- polytropic. The paper shows detailed calculation algorithm in models. Results obtained within models were compared with measurements. There were certain differences because of different places of calculations and available measurements. Relations between values were valid e.g. flue gas flow in combustion chamber computed by isentropic model was 81.5 kg/s, measured flue gas flow behind gas turbine was 88-94 kg/s (including additional cooling air flow, which was at second stage of turbine and was not included in calculations), assumed oxygen concentration 9% (=21%-12%) being involved in oxidation reaction in the combustion chamber is smaller than the measured concentration of 15%>12% in flue gases behind gas turbine. Results from models approximately show measurements. It seems that real transformation of CCGT thermodynamic system is between isentropic and polytropic process, because measurements are between results from models. It was shown that relatively simple models can be applied to modelling of gas-vapour cycle. Generated electrical power in both cycles agrees with measurements, computed gas flow in combustion chamber agrees too. It allows for applying that model in economic calculations answering e.g. questions about economic profitability of CHP.

Praca dotyczy modelowania sterowników PWM z wykorzystaniem programu SPICE. Przedstawiono krótko budowę i zasadę działania układu 525A, zbadano właściwości makromodelu, sterownika SG1525A dostępnego w bibliotece programu SPICE oraz nowego autorskiego makromodelu tego układu. Przedstawiono także wyniki pomiarów oraz obliczeń zależności czasu trwania impulsu wyjściowego od napięcia błędu, otrzymane za pomocą obu makromodeli dla katalogowego układu testowego sterownika SG 525A przy różnych warunkach zasilania badanego układu oraz dla różnych wartości temperatury.

In the paper the problem of modelling of PWM controllers in SPICE is considered. The structure and principle of operation of 525A controller are shortly presented. The SPICE-library macromodel of the selected PWM regulator and the new, much simplified version of such macromodel are investigated. Some results of SG3525A device obtained both from measurements and from calculations confirming the usefulness of the proposed macromodel form are given as well.

In the paper investigations of the influence of physical and Chemical conditions on electrochemical characteristics of PCB's manufacturing heterophase processes carried out by means of voltammetric methods are presented. It has been found that physical and chemical conditions strongly influence on electrochemical curves.

W artykule są przytoczone przykłady zastosowania elektrochemicznych metod - woltamperomertii cyklicznej i woltamperomertii cyklicznej inwersyjnej w badaniu kinetyki procesów technologii płytek drukowanych. Przeprowadzone badania pozwalają na optymalizację warunków fizykochemicznych tych procesów i podniesienie jakości wyrobów.
