W pracy, autor przedstawił sposób oceny prognozowanego efektu scalenia gruntów gospodarstw rolnych, spowodowanego zmniejszeniem liczby pól gruntu ornego. Prognozowany wymierny efekt scalenia gruntów gospodarstw rolnych, spowodowany zmniejszeniem liczby pól gruntu ornego w obrębie ewidencyjnym wyraża następująca formuła matematyczna: [formuła] parametr stały równania regresji prostoliniowej kosztu związanego z rozłogiem wzorca-pola gruntu ornego o jednostronnym dostępie do drogi, w i-tym przedziale powierzchni, w j.zb.; a/i - parametr stały równania regresji prostoliniowej kosztu związanego z rozłogiem wzorca-pola gruntu ornego o dwustronnych dostępach do dróg, w i-tym przedziale powierzchni, w j.zb.; [oznaczenie] - liczba pól gruntu ornego o jednostronnym dostępie do drogi w obrębie ewidencyjnym, w i-tym przedziale powierzchni, przed scaleniem; [oznaczenie] - prognozowana liczba pól gruntu ornego o jednostronnym dostępie do drogi w obrębie ewidencyjnym, w i-tym przedziale powierzchni, po scaleniu; [oznaczenie] - liczba pól gruntu ornego o dwustronnych dostępach do dróg w obrębie ewidencyjnym, w i-tym przedziale powierzchni, przed scaleniem; [oznaczenie] - prognozowana liczba pól gruntu ornego o dwustronnych dostępach do dróg w obrębie ewidencyjnym, w i-tym przedziale powierzchni, po scaleniu. Z formuły matematycznej wynika, że omawiany efekt jest funkcją przyrostu (zmniejszenia) liczby pól gruntu ornego o jedno- i dwustronnych dostępach do dróg, na skutek scalenia gruntów gospodarstw rolnych w obrębie ewidencyjnym. Efekt ten może być wykorzystany, jako jeden z czynników kwalifikujących dany obręb ewidencyjny w zakresie ustalania potrzeb scaleń gruntów gospodarstw rolnych.

Author presents a way of assessment of forecast effect of land parcel consolidation of agricultural estates areas due to decrease of number of land parcels of arable land. The above mentioned calculable forecast effect of land parcel consolidation of agricultural estates within the scope of cadastral district is expressed by following mathematical formula: [formula] constant parameter of the linear regression of the cost related to land configuration of standard arable land. It is assumed that this standard arable land has access to road network from its one side. The constant is expressed in c.u. units and takes different values for determined ranges of areas of the arable lands; a/i – constant parameter of the linear regression of the cost related to land configuration of standard arable land. It is assumed that here the standard arable land has access to road network from its two sides. The constant is expressed in c.u. units and takes different values for determined ranges of areas of arable lands; [symbol] – number of fields of arable land within one cadastral district before the land consolidation takes place. The number expresses amount of fields, which have one side access to road network. This parameter takes different values for determined ranges of areas of the arable lands; [symbol] – predicted number of fields of arable land, which have one side access to road network within one cadastral district after the land parcel consolidation has taken place. This parameter takes different values for determined ranges of areas of the arable lands; [symbol] – number of fields of arable land, which have two side access to road network within one cadastral district before the land parcel consolidation takes place; [symbol] – predicted number of fields of arable land, which have two side access to road network within one cadastral district after the land parcel consolidation has taken place. This parameter takes different values for determined ranges of areas of the arable lands. As a result of analysis of this mathematical formula it was identified that the mentioned effect is a function of increase (or decrease) of number of land parcels of arable land with both one and two side access to roads (this increase or decrease of number of land parcels is a result of land parcel consolidation of agricultural estates within one cadastral district). This effect might be used as one of possible factors that can qualify a cadastral district for process of land parcel consolidation.

W pracy autor przedstawił sposób oceny prognozowanego efektu scalenia gruntów gospodarstw rolnych, spowodowanego zmniejszeniem liczby pól użytku zielonego. Efekt ten został ustalony na podstawie analizy wymiernego efektu scalenia gruntów gospodarstw rolnych, spowodowanego zmniejszeniem liczby pól użytku zielonego i kosztu związanego z rozłogami tych pól. Z formuły matematycznej wynika, że omawiany efekt jest funkcją przyrostu (zmniejszenia) liczby pól użytku zielonego o jedno- i dwustronnych dostępach do dróg, na skutek scalenia gruntów gospodarstw rolnych w obrębie ewidencyjnym. Efekt ten może być wykorzystany, jako jeden z czynników kwalifikujących dany obręb ewidencyjny w zakresie ustalania potrzeb scaleń gruntów gospodarstw rolnych.

The Author presents a way of assessment of forecast effect of land parcel consolidation of agricultural estates areas due to decrease of number of land parcels of grassland. The effect was developed on the basis of research of both calculable effect of land parcel consolidation of agricultural estates due to decrease of number land parcels of grassland as well as the cost related to land configuration of these land parcels. As a result of analysis of this mathematical formula it was identified that the mentioned effect is a function of increase (or decrease) of number of land parcels of grassland with both one and two side access to roads (this increase or decrease of number of land parcels is a result of land parcel consolidation of agricultural estates within one cadastral district). This effect might be used as one of possible factors that can qualify a cadastral district for process of land parcel consolidation.
