W pracy przedstawiono kwestie dotyczące: stanu i organizacji SKR, zmian jakie zaszły w ich działalności po 1989 roku oraz majątku i sytuacji ekonomicznej. Z prze-prowadzonych badań wynika, że nasilający się w drugiej połowie lat osiemdziesiątych kryzys polskiej gospodarki spowodował trudną sytuację ekonomiczną większości spół-dzielni, co doprowadziło do likwidacji niektórych z nich. Nastąpiły także istotne zmiany ilościowe w strukturze świadczonych usług. Dotyczy to szczególnie usług budowlanych, których udział w strukturze sprzedaży wzrósł, przy równoczesnym spadku usług przemy-słowych i transportowych. Znacznemu zmniejszeniu uległ również potencjał techniczny tych jednostek. Spowodowane to zostało spadkiem dochodów gospodarstw rolnych (usługobiorców) oraz wchodzeniem na rynek nowych podmiotów. Stan ten wskazuje na potrzebę poddania SKR procesowi restrukturyzacji, który do-stosowałby ich sposób działania do reguł gospodarki rynkowej. Zagadnieniom tym po-święcona jest końcowa część pracy.

The issues in the work concern: a condition and an organisation of SKR, changes which occurred in their activity after 1989, a property and an economic situation as well. The search shows, that a crisis of Polish economy, which was escalating in the middle of 80s, caused a difficult economic situation in the most of the cooperatives, and as a result some of them were liquidated. There were also essential quantitative changes in a structure of the service. It particularly concerns a building service, which participation in a selling structure rose during the decline in an industrial and a transport service. A technical potential of these units considerably decreased, too. It was caused by a decline in incomes of the agricultural farms (customers), and also by new entities coming onto the market. This fact indicates that there is a need to restructure SKR, which would adopt their way of activity to principles of the market economy. The final part of the work is devoted to these issues.

W artykule przedstawiono równania równowagi czopa w poprzecznym łożysku hydrostatycznym o dowolnej liczbie komór. Założono, że przepływ oleju przez dławiki może być dowolny: uwarstwiony, burzliwy lub pośredni, np. uwzględniający różne połączenia dławików. Przedstawiono wyniki badań doświadczalnych dla obciążenia statycznego.

Conditions of shaft equilibrium in a hydrostatic journal bearing are usually formulated for two types of restrictor flow: laminar and turbulent. In practice, limiting oneself to only these two cases frequently turns out to be insufficient. One may come across restrictor constructions consisting of elements connected in series, in which the character of flow is different [L. 5]. Sometimes, oil is channelled to the bearing recesses through capillary and orifice restrictors connected in parallel. Formula allows one to calculate the rate of oil flow through the restrictor for any character of flow: laminar, turbulent, and also for intermediate cases i.e. for different restrictor connections. Equations of shaft equilibrium in a hydrostatic joural bearing hold good for all kinds of loads - constant or variable, any number of recesses k > or = 3, and also for all locations of loads with respect to recesses. In the event of static load, the solutions for the abovementioned equations are given dependencies. Figure shows the results of measurements of displacements y and z in a force-function Wy (at Wz=0) for two bearings, the relevant data regarding which have been presented in a table. The results of theoretical analysis and experimental research show that equations in which dependence has been taken into consideration, may be useful in the process of designing and researching of hydrostatic journal bearings.
