Rough Set Characterization for 2-circuit Matroid

Rough sets are efficient to extract rules from information systems. Matroids generalize the linear independency in vector spaces and the cycle in graphs. Specifically, matroids provide well-established platforms for greedy algorithms, while most existing algorithms for many rough set problems including attribute reduction are greedy ones. Therefore, the combination between rough sets and matroids may bring new efficient solutions to those important and difficult problems. In this paper, 2-circuit matroids, abstracted from matroidal characteristics of rough sets, are studied and axiomatized. A matroid is induced by an equivalence relation, and its characteristics including the independent set and duality are represented with rough sets. Based on these rough set representations, this special type of matroid is defined as 2-circuit matroids. Conversely, an equivalence relation is induced by a matroid, and its relationship with the above induction is further investigated. Finally, a number of axioms of the 2-circuit matroid are obtained through rough sets. These interesting and diverse axioms demonstrate the potential for the connection between rough sets and matroids.

W artykule przedstawiono wpływ grupy i skrótu uzwojeń oraz rozwarcia i skosu żłobków na ograniczenie zawartości wyższych harmonicznych powstałych z dyskretnego sposobu rozkładu najczęściej stosowanych uzwojeń (jednowarstwowego, dwuwarstwowego oraz trójkątnego). W obliczeniach efekt poprawy kształtu indukowanego napięcia (redukcji wyższych harmonicznych) uzyskuje się poprzez zastosowanie współczynników grupy i skrótu, rozwarcia oraz skosu. W artykule porównano udział zawartości wyższych harmonicznych dla zarejestrowanych przebiegów indukowanych napięć fazowych dla generatora synchronicznego jawnobiegunowego bez skosu i ze skosem wirnika.

The article presents the influence of a pitch and a winding distribution, a slot-opening and a slot-skewing to reduce the harmonic content generated from a discrete distribution of the most frequently used armature windings (single-layer, double-layer and triangular). In calculating the harmonic contents the effect of improving the wave-shape of the induced voltage in armature winding (by harmonic reduction) is obtained by applying the distribution, pitch, slot opening and skew factors. This article compares the participation of the harmonic content of the recorded waveforms of induced phase voltages for salient pole synchronous generator with and without the rotor skew.

W Polsce corocznie wybucha wiele pożarów w których giną ludzie a kilkakrotnie większa liczba osób ulega ciężkim poparzeniom. Ponadto powstają znaczne straty materialne. Zarazem w kilku instytutach są prowadzone badania palności materiałów stosowanych w budownictwie do celów konstrukcyjnych (drewno i płyty drewnopochodne , pokrycia dachowe, drewniane boazerie i parkiety lub jako wyposażenie pomieszczeń (meble, powłoki kabli, ozdoby oraz wiele rodzajów tekstyliów). Opracowano skuteczne metody ograniczania ich palności metodami inżynierii materiałowej mimo, że jest to problem niełatwy do rozwiązania ponieważ wspomniane materiały podczas pożaru nie mogą emitować substancji toksycznych. W wyniku rozmów postanowiono wykorzystać nagromadzoną w tym zakresie wiedzę w celu ograniczenia liczby i skutków pożarów, a przede wszystkim zmniejszenia liczby ofiar. Z przeglądu literatury przedmiotu wynika, że działania w tym kierunku podjęto również w krajach o wysokim poziomie techniki , między innymi w Niemczech, Francji i Wielkiej Brytanii. Niewątpliwie osiągnięto już pewien postęp, ponieważ liczba ofiar na milion mieszkańców, w wymienionych trzech krajach europejskich, jest wyraźnie niższa niż w Polsce.

In Poland every year numerous fires break out, what causes a lot of casualties and many people are heavily injured. Over that great financial looses are caused. At the same time in a few research institutes flammability of materials , used for building , is tested. It concerns construction materials (wood, plates made of wood., roofings, wainscots,, parquets or materials used as equipment of buildings (furniture, cable-sheaths, decorations as well as many textile materials).Efficient methods of flammability reduction, with the use of material engineering methods, have been worked out, although it is not easy to solve the problem because the materials during burning should not emit toxic substances . As a consequence of undertaken talks it has been decided to use accumulated knowledge for reduction a number and consequences of fires , but first of all a number of victims. From review of the subject literature it follows that similar measures have been already undertaken in the countries of high technology level (Germany, France, Great Britain).Undoubtedly some progress has been already achieved because in the countries a number of victims of fires, per one million of inhabitants, is distinctly lover than in Poland.

Substancje te, jako największe trucizny spośród znanych związków chemicznych stanowią poważny problem w dzisiejszym świecie. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono przyczyny powstawania dioksyn i furanów oraz przedstawiono wybrane metody ich redukcji.

These substances, as the biggest poisons, out of known substances constitute the serious problem in today’s world. In the present article causes of coming into existence of dioxins and furans were presented and chosen methods of their reduction were presented.

W pracy przedstawiono przyczyny dla których polski rolnik, pomimo iż potrzebuje informacji fachowej (głównie ekonomicznej i technicznej) i jest skłonny za nią zapłacić w tak małym stopniu preferuje nośnik informacji jakim jest Internet. Badania prowadzono w roku 2007 w wybranych gminach województwa małopolskiego. Wyniki badań wskazują, że podstawowymi przyczynami dla których przedstawiciele gospodarstw wiejskich Małopolski w tak małym stopniu preferują nośnik informacji jakim jest sieć Internet jest zbyt wysoka cena świadczenia tych usług oraz brak doświadczenia i wiedzy fachowej potrzebnej do prawidłowego i skutecznego korzystania z zasobów internetowych.

The paper presents the reasons why Polish farmers prefer the Internet as an information carrier to so little extent, although they need professional information (mainly economic and technical), and are prone to pay for it. The research was carried out in 2007 in selected boroughs of Małopolskie (Lesser Poland) Voivodship. Test results indicate that basic reasons, for which representatives of rural farms in Małopolskie Voivodship prefer the Internet as an information carrier to so little extent, include too high price of providing these services and lack of experience and professional knowledge required for correct and efficient use of the Internet resources.
