Wyniki badań trójsystemowego układu odzysku ciepła z obory bydła mlecznego

Przedstawiono metodykę, stanowisko badawcze i wyniki badań trójsystemowego układu odzysku ciepła w oborze bydła mlecznego. Badania dotyczyły możliwości podgrzewania wody pitnej dla zwierząt, do celów sanitarnych oraz technologicznych wykorzystując ciepło odzyskiwane z wody myjącej instalację udojową typu "Rybia ość 2x4", schładzalnik mleka oraz dodatkowo pozyskując ciepło z cieczowego kolektora słonecznego. Badania prowadzono oraz uzyskane wyniki analizowano w następujących kategoriach: 1) wszystkie trzy źródła ciepła działające niezależnie, 2) trzy źródła działające razem 3) wybrane dwa źródła ciepła działające razem. Temperatura wody w dwuwężownicowym wymienniku ciepła, będącego zarazem zbiornikiem na wodę użytkową, z wykorzystaniem tylko pracy kolektora słonecznego osiągała poziom 45-48°C. Odbiór ciepła z instalacji myjącej pozwalał na podgrzanie wody użytkowej do temperatury 14-16°C. Natomiast wspomaganie układu ciepłem z wody myjącej schładzalnik umożliwiło osiągnąć wyższą temperaturę wody w zbiorniku tylko o 2-2,5°C.

This article presents the methodology, test stand and test results of the three-system heat recovery circuit in the dairy cattle barn. The study concerned the possibility of heating of drinking water for animals, for sanitary purposes, and technology using heat recovered from the water washing of milking installation "2x4 herringbone" Milk Cooler and further extracted heat from the liquid solar collector. The study was carried out and the results obtained were analyzed in the following categories: 1) all three heat sources acting independently, 2) three sources acting together 3) selected two sources of heat together. The water temperature in two-coils heat exchanger, which is also usable water tank, using only work of solar collector reached the level of 45-48°C. Heat removal from the installation allowed for heating the wash water to a temperature of 14-16°C. While the power of heat from the water washing Cooler water allowed to reach in the tank temperature about 2-2.5°C only.

The aim of this paper is to present a method of landscape analysis with the application of computer techniques. In particular, it is useful in the case of decision making, concerning acceptability of the certain transformations of space, especially, when it has high visual qualities. The method is executed in several steps and the initial one consists in the creation of a digital terrain model, with regard to its cover. It serves for calculations of the visual impact extent. In the next stage, this area is investigated, taking into consideration its tourist and recreational activation. Panoramic photographs took in the fixed places are pre-processed, in order to distinguish cultural and natural substance. In the last phase, qualitative and quantitative analyses of views are conducted, indicators for which are, as follows: the average image brightness and its fractal dimension. Achieved numerical values can be helpful in the more objective expert decision making.

Badania empiryczne stanowią istotny czynnik rozwoju teorii naukowych. W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia dotyczące budowy eksperymentalnych systemów badawczych. Zaproponowano strukturę logiczną eksperymentu naukowego zbudowaną przy uwzględnieniu procedury projektowania eksperymentu, która stanowi główny element systemu. Zaprezentowany w artykule schemat, przedstawiający hierarchiczny układ kryteriów klasyfikacji eksperymentu opracowano dla ułatwienia wyboru modelu eksperymentu. Przedstawiono również uwagi dotyczące projektowania metody badawczej oraz przyjęto założenia systemu projektowania eksperymentów.

Empirical researches are the important element of the science development. The article presents problems of designing of experimental research systems. The logical structure of scientific experiment is proposed. This structure included the procedure of experiment designing, which is the main element of the system. The scheme of hierarchical set of experiment classification criteria is presented. The paper also presents the assumptions of the system of experiments designing.
