In today’s market reality, the information about the real time of the vehicle repair time has become an imperative of tremendous importance. In today’s market of repair services, both the service providers and customers care about the most precise determination of this time. Thus, in terms of increasing market availability to other categories of spare parts than those original ones, the process of properly defining the implementation of the repair service is becoming more and more important. The article focuses on the issue of the influence of the distribution channels of particular categories of spare parts on the vehicle repair time. Considerations are based on author’s simulations covering a comparative study of car repair periods depending on the applied category of spare parts. The purpose of the article is to answer the question, whether the applied category of spare parts in the process of the performed repair service affects the implementation of this service.

W artykule zaprezentowano rozważania dotyczące wpływu danej marki pojazdu na wysokość kształtowania się stawki jednostkowej roboczogodziny blacharsko-lakierniczej na współczesnym rynku usług naprawczych. Rozważania uzupełniono o prezentacje autorskich badań dotyczących zróżnicowania stawki godzinowej w zależności od marki pojazdu, który na potrzeby eksperymentu numerycznego został poddany hipotetycznemu procesowi naprawy blacharsko-lakierniczej. Zamierzeniem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na istotę podjętej problematyki badawczej poprzez wykazanie, że na rynku usług naprawczych występują rozbieżności cenowe w zakresie stosowania stawki roboczogodzinowej w odniesieniu do usług naprawczych wykonywanych przez autoryzowane stacje napraw, a jednym z parametrów, który wpływa na tą zmienną jest marka danego pojazdu.

In the article the deliberations concerning the influence of the given make of the vehicle on the height of the forming were expressed oneself rates of the individual bodyworkvarnish man-hour. Discussions were supplemented for presentations of author's examinations concerning diversifying the hourly rate depending on the make of the vehicle which for the purposes of numerical experiment was subjected for process of hypothetical bodywork-varnish repair. Keeping an eye on the being of taken research issues by demonstrating is planning the article, that on future of market of repair favours price discrepancies in the scope of applying the working-hourly rate in relating to repair favours made by authorised workshops, but also one of parameters which can influence this variable are not only appearing there is a make of the given vehicle.

The article provides a description of car repair shops operating in Poland. It presents the scope of services offered by different types of repair shops as well as the number of such services and requirements for starting business activity. The factors which determine the demand for car repair services in Poland have also been examined in this paper.

Rozważania oparto o analizę jednej z najbardziej rozpoznawalnych marek samochodów, która w swojej ofercie sprzedaży posiada pojazdy prawie we wszystkich definiowanych obecnie segmentach rynkowych. Zamierzeniem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na istotę podjętej problematyki badawczej poprzez wykazanie, jakie rozbieżności kosztowe występują pomiędzy danymi segmentami pojazdów, co w przyszłości może ułatwić odpowiedz na pytanie, czy segment rynkowy ma wpływ na koszty napraw i eksploatacji danego pojazdu.

In the article an attempt to express economic aspects of the influence of the marketplace terraced house on costs of repairs was made personal cars the author's examinations concerning the dimension of the economic influence of the marketplace terraced house on costs of repairs of passenger cars. Deliberations were based for analysis of one of the most recognizable makes of cars which in its offer for sale has vehicles almost in all market sections defined at present. Keeping an eye on the being of taken research issues by showing, what cost divergences are appearing between given sections of vehicles is planning the article what in the future can facilitate answer a question, whether the marketplace terraced house has an impact on costs of repairs and the vehicle given to the use.

W celu zidentyfikowania wzajemnej korelacji posłużono się autorskim badaniami dotyczącymi oceny jakości wykonanych usług naprawczych przez autoryzowane i nieautoryzowane stacje napraw. Zamierzeniem artykułu jest zasygnalizowanie istniejących ograniczeń formalnych i pożądanych perspektywicznych kierunków zmian w zakresie jakości wykonywanych usług, co w przyszłości prowadzić może do poprawy konkurencyjności i ograniczenia wpływu producentów pojazdów na strukturę funkcjonowania sektora usług naprawczych w Polsce.

This article attempts signaled issues concerning the assessment of the quality of repair services on the example of companies in the automotive sector comparative study of the independent repairers and authorized repair stations. In order to identify cross-correlations were used copyright research on assessing the quality of services offered by authorized repair stations and unauthorized repairs. The intention of the article is to signal the formal limitations of existing and prospective directions of desirable changes in the systems in terms of quality of services, which in the future may lead to improved competitiveness and reduce the impact of vehicle manufacturers on the structure of the sector repair services in Poland.

Usługa serwisowa jako szczególna forma identyfikacji zróżnicowanej oferty rynkowej w obsługiwaniu maszyn rolniczych, wielu użytkownikom kojarzy się przede wszystkim z wysokimi kosztami. W mniejszym stopniu właściciel zwraca uwagę na aspekt jakościowy usługi, pozwalający na bezawaryjne użytkowanie maszyny w trakcie sezonu agrotechnicznego. Ponieważ ważnym zagadnieniem jest poziom jakości usługi, podjęto próbę oceny problemu, poprzez realizację na terenie województwa zachodniopomorskiego odpowiedniego programu badań. Jakość usługi serwisowej rozpatrywana jako zbiór parametrów cząstkowych: a) czas oczekiwania na naprawę, b) czas dokonania naprawy, c) kwalifikacje pracowników wykonujących usługę, przedstawiono w formie graficznej i opisowej w treści opracowania. Biorąc pod uwagę wszystkie aspekty rozwoju usługi serwisowej zaobserwowany wskaźnik jakościowy można uznać jako średnio zadawalający.

Support services as a special from of identification varied range of market in the handling of many agricultural machines, multiple users is mainly associated with high costs. To a lesser extent, the owner draws attention to the aspect of quality services for trouble-free operation of the machine during season agrotechnical. As an important issue is the level of quality of service, an attempt to assess the problem, trough the implementation of the province of West appropriate research program. The quality of services is provided, considered as a subset of parameters: a) the time waiting for repair, b) the time to repair, c) the qualifications of the employees performing the service, presented in graphical and descriptive in contest development. Taking into account all aspects of servicing observed quality indicator can be considered as moderate satisfactory.

Clients (for instance, owners of ground equipment for satellite telecommunication network) are arbitrarily distributed on some territory. For maintenance/repair service, one uses Mobile Maintenance Stations (MMS) located at some Maintenance Bases (MB). The problem is to construct such maintenance zones which need minimum total number of MMS under condition that the Quality of Service (QoS) is not worse than required. A heuristic mathematical model of optimal zoning is suggested. An illustrative numerical example of constructing service zone for Florida State (USA) is given.
