W pracy przeanalizowano rodzaje granic połączenia powłok regeneracyjnych z podłożem, podzielonych z uwzględnieniem kryterium akustycznego. Przedstawiono zasadę oceny przyczepności powłok regeneracyjnych metodą ultradźwiękową. Wyniki przeanalizowanych badań ultradźwiękowych i mechanicznych pozwoliły wskazać na rezerwę przyczepności.

The paper deals with an analysis of the results of evaluation of adherence of renovative coatings by ultrasonic method. The introduction consists of a reason and a goal of the work. Next, a classification and a discussion of the boundary between renovative coatings and substrate are contained. The length of the ultrasonic wave in a tested element was a criterion of the classification. According to this criterion, the boundaries can be divided into remelted, diffusive, with interlayers, adhesive and mixed. After that, an ultrasonic method of adhesion evaluation with the aid of longitudinal wave is presented. An ultrasonic measure of the adherence - a modulus of reflection coefficient of the ultrasonic wave on the boundary between coating and substrate, for the digital apparatus case, is presented and next described. The principle of measurement of the modulus and an interpretation of the pictures on the screen of the ultrasonic apparatus is also presented. For some particular cases of the bonds investigated, the adequate relationships between the adhesion and the modulus are comprised. The mechanical measure of the adherence was considered as a tearing strength of the coatings tested, and the mechanical tests acted as the duty of verifying method. As a result of the joint acoustic-mechanical method used, a reserve of the adherence was found. The reserve is shown in the work for general as well as for particular cases. On the reserve influence, most of all, technological conditions of forming of adhesive bonds between renovative coatings and steel substrate. In recapitulation, some of the most important conclusions of the investigations are inserted.

Analiza oceny przyczepności adhezyjnych powłok regeneracyjnych.

W pracy dokonano analizy nieniszczących metod oceny połączeń adhezyjnych, na podstawie której wskazano na predystynkcje metody ultradźwiękowej do oceny tych połączeń. Krytyczne ujęcie problemu pozwoliło sformułować własne postulaty badawcze, dotyczące ultradźwiękowych badań przyczepności powłok regeneracyjnych. Przedstawiono algorytm realizacji zadań badawczych w celu opracowania ultradźwiękowej metody oceny stanu połączenia powłoki z podłożem na różnych etapach jego istnienia.

The paper deals with an analysis of the methods of nondestructive evaluation of adherence of renovative coatings. The introduction presents a conception of adherence of renovative coatings and a purpose of the work. Next, an analysis of some nondestructive methods of evaluation of adhesive bonds is carried out. From among of various nondestructive methods, a group of ultrasonic methods possesses a particular predispositions to evaluation of adhesive bonds, especially to the bonds between coating and substrate. Some ultrasonic waves, as longitudinal, transverse, surface, subsurface, can be used not only for defects detection on the boundary region between coating and substrate, but also for monitoring of the bonds type coating-substrate during their mechanical loading. On the basis of particular possibilities of ultrasonic waves, and the needs of the adherence evaluation, some research tasks to solve the problem of nondestructive evaluation of the adherence of renovative coatings are suggested in the work. As the results of the analysis, a diagnostic approach to the studied problem of adhesion evaluation is presented. This approach consists of treating of ultrasonic evaluation of the bond between coatings and substrate as the method of an condition assessment of these bonds. Besides of some research tasks, the way their connections, in the form of algorithm is shown. In the algorithm those tasks are logically comprised. The realization of the tasks leads to the elaboration of the method of condition evaluation of the bond between coating and substrate on various stages of life-period of the bonds considered.
