W artykule omówiono referaty zaprezentowane w ramach Komitetu Studiów A1, w trakcie paryskiej sesji CIGRE 2022. Referaty podzielone były formalnie na trzy grupy tematów preferowanych. Przedstawiono w nich bieżącą sytuację w energetyce związaną z rozwojem energetyki odnawialnej i rozproszonej oraz problemy, które ona powoduje. Stwierdzono duże zainteresowanie algorytmami przetwarzania danych w celu lepszej diagnostyki oraz utrzymania parku maszynowego. Prezentowano opracowania dużych jednostek synchronicznych, np. dla jednostek jądrowych. Interesująca była poruszona w dwóch referatach tematyka drgań skrętnych wałów. Przedstawiono doświadczenia włoskiego OSD w zakresie wdrożenia obszarowego systemu tłumienia oscylacji międzyobszarowych występujących w systemie. Podano wnioski zawarte w prezentowanych referatach oraz ich praktyczną wartość.

Discussed are here the papers that were presented within the scope of Study Committee A1 during the Paris session of CIGRE 2022. The papers were formally divided into three groups of preferential subjects in which there was described the current situation in the power industry referring to the development of renewable and distributed energy sectors including problems generated by this process. Observed is a great interest in data processing algorithms for better diagnostics and maintenance of machinery. Shown are studies on big synchronous units e.g. for nuclear installations. Interesting was the thematics raised in two papers and referring to the shaft torsional vibrations. Discussed is the experience of the Italian DSO in implementation of the area system for damping inter-area oscillations occurring in the system. Given are conclusions contained in presented papers and assessed is their practical value.

Przedstawiono specyfikę funkcjonowania Rynku Bilansującego w Polsce oraz zmiany zachodzące na rynku energii. Przeanalizowano sposób rozliczeń na Rynku Bilansującym w sytuacji zakłóceń. Zauważono, że koszty ponoszone przez wytwórcę i innych uczestników RB nie mają odzwierciedlenia w kosztach faktycznie ponoszonych przez OSP. Przedstawiono propozycje doskonalenia Rynku Bilansującego. Wprowadzone zmiany powinny zostać tak opracowane, aby skutecznie poprawić działanie mechanizmów rynkowych: znacznie zmniejszyć wolumen energii będącej przedmiotem transakcji na Rynku Bilansującym oraz zwiększyć bezpośrednio dostawy energii elektrycznej.

Presented is functioning character of the balancing market in Poland and changes occurring in the energy market. The way of discount settling in the balancing market at disturbances is analysed. It is noticed that costs borne by the producer and other participants of the balancing market are not reflected in costs borne de facto by the transmission system operator. Propositions of improving balancing marked are presented. Changes to be introduced should be worked out in such a way that they effectively improve action of the market mechanisms, i.e. to decrease considerable the energy volume, the transaction subject in the balancing market and to increase indirectly electric energy supply.

PKE SA jest przygotowany pod względem technicznym do wytwarzania energii odnawialnej poprzez współspalanie biomasy z paliwami podstawowymi. Wykonane próby potwierdziły, że zarówno w przypadku biomasy drzewnej jak i mączki kostno-zwierzęcej produkowana w ten sposób energia z OZE jest wytwarzana z zachowaniem ostrych wymagań dotyczących emisji substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery, spełnia także wymagania ustawy o odpadach.

PKE SA is technically prepared for generation of the renewable energy in the process of the co-combustion of the bio-mass with basic fuels. Performed tests proves that, as in the case of the wooden bio-mass, as in the case of the powdered animal bones as well, energy is generated with fulfilment strong requirements concerning the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere; it fulfils also requirements of the Act on wastes.
