W inżynierii lądowej obserwujemy ciągłe zmiany, nowe technologie wznoszenia, remontów i modernizacji, ale także relokacje, czyli procesy podniesienia całych budynków i przeniesienia ich w inną lokalizację. W artykule poruszono ten innowacyjny temat, związany z przenoszeniem obiektów budowlanych. Podjęto próbę pokazania, jak bardzo złożona jest to problematyka, ale też odpowiedzi na pytanie dotyczące przyczyn relokacji. Na trudność przeniesienia obiektu budowlanego ma wpływ stan techniczny konstrukcji, jej waga oraz planowany czas trwania przeniesienia. Kwestie te przedstawiono kompleksowo z naciskiem na stronę techniczną i bezpieczeństwo relokacji.

In civil engineering, we observe constant changes, new technologies of construction and renovation and modernization, but also relocations, i.e. the processes of lifting entire buildings and moving them to another location. The article deals with this innovative topic related to the transfer of building objects. An attempt was made to show how complex this issue is, but also to answer the question about the reasons for relocation. The difficulty of moving a building object depends on the technical condition of the structure, its weight and the planned duration of the transfer. These issues were presented comprehensively with an emphasis on the technical side and security of relocation.

Purpose: The paper presents the issues related to the movement of activities of foreign investors on the Polish market on the example of Lower Silesia. Design/methodology/approach: The study used World Bank reports from Statistics Poland (GUS), Department of Enterprises. Findings: The purpose of this article is to present the investment climate of Poland on the example of Lower Silesia, created by economic, social, political, as well as legal and administrative conditions. The economic conditions inform the foreign investor about the condition of the economy of the country receiving the investment. Originality/value The publication presents the results of research conducted on the basis of GUS, Department of Enterprises.

Świat się rozwija i pomimo różnych okresowych zawirowań i spowolnień gospodarczych niewątpliwie dynamika tego rozwoju nieustanie wzrasta. Nie oznacza to oczywiście, że będziemy wszystko robić coraz szybciej i szybciej, ponieważ takie tempo rozwoju miałoby swój nieuchronny koniec - trudno też doszukać się jakiejś satysfakcji w takim rozwiązaniu.

This paper presents some aspects of the process of services, products and manufacturing transfer, with the associated production resources, from other locations and plants to Poland. The study was carried out on the basis of an analysis of publications about delocalization as well as by means of desk research, where there were used the accessible primary and secondary data such as branch reports, statistical data available in reports, data bases, and information accessible on Polish and European websites. The article is also the result of the author's experience of participation in the relocation of a number of international companies, regarding various industries. Delocalization in Poland was presented both from the point of view of Conceptualizing delocalization (literature re-view, theoretical position) and Implementation of production. The delocalization mainly takes advantage of labor forces. On the other hand, it may also concern innovative activities and develop high-tech for regions affected by economic restructuring. The social policies for the risk mitigation of the delocalization of production are also being developed and implemented. This work clarifying the conditions of delocalization in Poland and highlight the important roles played by innovation and institutions for achieving sustainability.

A thorough spatiotemporal analysis of the intense seismic activity that took place near the Aegean coast of NW Turkey during January–March 2017 was conducted, aiming to identify its causative relation to the regional seismotectonic properties. In this respect, absolute and relative locations are paired and a catalog consisting of 2485 events was compiled. Relative locations are determined with high accuracy using the double-difference technique and differential times both from phase pick data and from cross-correlation measurements. The spatial distribution of the relocated events revealed a south-dipping causative fault along with secondary and smaller antithetic segments. Spatially, the seismicity started at the westernmost part and migrated with time to the easternmost part of the activated area. Temporally, two distinctive periods are observed, namely an early period lasting 1 month and a second period which includes the largest events in the sequence. The investigation of the interevent time distribution revealed a triggering mechanism, whereas the ETAS parameters show a strong external force (l[1), which might be attributed to the existence of the Tuzla geothermal field.

In the article the construction of a modular mobile overcrossing is offered. Calculation of its constructive elements is performed and the optimum length of one module is determined. The purpose is the development of the technique and calculation for the new construction of a mobile bridge overcrossing intended for reduction of traffic jams. Methods: The methods uses are mathematical analysis, method of finite elements, method of finite differences, and analytical method of relocation. Dependencies for determination of the optimum length of the module of bridge overcrossing are identified. The calculation of the constructive-orthotropic plate for the carriageway of the bridge overcrossing using numerical methods of finite differences and finite elements is performed; the reliability of results is confirmed with coincidence of deflection values. The solution matrix of the method of finite differences developed in this work allows calculation of arbitrary plates with a wide variety of geometrical sizes, and also for different values of flexural stiffness properties of the plate and reinforcing elements. The calculation of the spatial frame of the bridge overcrossing is performed by the precise analytical method of relocation taking into account the bend and torsion of its elements.
