The study of electronic voltage transducers operation in conditions of dips and interruptions of measured voltage

The aim of the paper is to present a response on dips and on interruptions of the measured voltage by means of electronic voltage transducers and inductive voltage transformers. Results of laboratory studies show high overvoltages generated in both a primary and secondary side of inductive VTs during the above mentioned conditions. Overvoltages in secondary circuits may damage measuring or protection apparatus connected to the secondary side of the VT. Using electronic voltage transducers enables users to avoid these problems.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę modelu niezawodnościowego dla systemów elektroenergetycznych, z możliwością wykorzystania do badania podsystemów lokalnych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań statystycznych dla wybranych linii kablowych średniego napięcia oraz porównano współczynniki niezawodnościowe dla linii średniego i wysokiego napięcia. Opisano stany zakłóceniowe w lokalnych systemach elektroenergetycznych. Przedyskutowano przyczyny powstawania zakłóceń i wyłączeń ich zależność od długości linii oraz czasu użytkowania. Przeanalizowano rozkład czasowy zakłóceń i wyłączeń w ciągu roku kalendarzowego.

In presented paper the analysis of reliability model for power system with possibility of use for local subsystem is presented. The results of investigations of reliability factors in chosen middle cable line and comparison with the same factors calculated for h.v. line are shown. The fault conditions in local subsystems are described. The reasons for failures and faults as well as their dependences on line length and time of use are discussed. The time distribution of faults and disconnections during calendar year is analysed.
