The planning of experiments represents one of the most efficient methods in mathematical modeling of the processes and phenomena. Having as result the emphasize of the functional dependence from among one or more parameters of response and one or more independent variables, the method of experiments planing has some advantages compared with other methods of study: regression, analyze, multicriterial decision etc. From the advantages of applying this method, can be mentioned: •the utilizing of only one strategy of experimentation; •the using of a minimum number of experiments for a case, in which the results are statistical assured; •the rigorous determination of optimum conditions. Within the method of experimental planning, the most frequent and usual is the central, compound, ratable programme with two independent variables. As strategy of study, this method uses an experimental plan, composed of 13th experiments, two independent variables, codified according to experimental matrix and two or more dependent variables (of response). The independent variable must satisfy two conditions: •to be independent from statistic point of view; •to influence directly the development of the process (phenomena). This method was applied to mathematical modeling of yarn characteristics containing ecological and recyclable fibers.
