In 2013, the Polish legal system referring to municipal wastemanagement was restructured in a revolutionary way. The analysis of new provisions of law described in the article requires particular attention, taking into account their place in the entire system of dealing with waste and connections with the remaining elements of this system. The article discussed the process of road transport operation planning connected with municipal waste transport and the organization of mixed waste collection on the example of shipping routes analysis carried out by means of transport of a service company in Wałcz commune in West Pomeranian voivodeship. The article consists of seven parts, all of which present elements of a planning and transport process connected with municipal waste in road transport from legal, technical and economic perspective. Legal information concerning a road transport of goods was provided along with conditions that have to be met in order to perform this kind of transport and business activity. Moreover, technical and legal aspects of municipal waste transport vehicles were approached. At the level of Polish law, the goals and tasks concerned with dealing with waste were set forth, which leads to tightening of the system. All actions in this respect - from propagating the selective accumulation and collection of municipal waste, keeping the established levels of recycling and recycling of packaging wastes, and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste directed at the storage - is only a beginning of the road to reduction of environmental risks. In this case, permanent monitoring of proper waste dealing in the commune, the province as well as the entire country is essential. One of the crucial reasons of the system changes of waste management in our legal system in Poland was a need to implement solutions and mechanisms that are applied in the European Union. At the European Union law level, a Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 November 2008 on waste and repealing certain Directives constitutes a basic legal document described in this part of the article. Achievement of these assumptions requires providing segregation at source and recycling of the main waste streams above all. The article covered as well the characteristics of: transport process, transport technologies, transport systems, the analysis of work capacity on the basis of drivers’ working time and a description of optimal routes for providing services in the commune taking into consideration a technological process of municipal waste transport step by step. The aim of the article is to present the rules of municipal waste: management, storage, segregation, keeping appropriate records of waste in municipal enterprises on the example of Altvater Piła Group Eneris.

Obecnie ustawodawca wprowadził i zobowiązał gminy do organizowania gospodarki odpadami i zbierania od każdego właściciela nieruchomości. W związku z tym gminy są wyposażone w instrumenty prawne zgodne z ustawą z 2012 r., które umożliwiają im wykonywanie zadań. Spośród instrumentów szczególne znaczenie mają lokalne akty prawne, których celem jest określenie zasad zbierania odpadów w gminie. Mieszkańcy gminy mogą korzystać z administracyjnych instrumentów prawnych, a stosunek między gminą a przedsiębiorcą, który zbiera odpady, jest uregulowany (z uwzględnieniem osobowości cywilnoprawnej) umową o zbieraniu odpadów. Przepisy dotyczące gospodarki odpadami w Polsce obowiązują od kilku lat, jednak wciąż pojawiają się zagadnienia problematyczne pomiędzy gminą a spółką komunalną.

Przedstawiono metodykę pomiarów i rejestracji parametrów eksploatacyjnych zespołu prądotwórczego siłowni okrętowej. Miejsca pomiarów przedstawiono na schematach zespołów prądotwórczych. Przeprowadzono dyskusję na temat ważności obserwowanych parametrów diagnostycznych do bieżącej oceny stanu technicznego zespołu prądotwórczego oraz prognozowania dalszej jego pracy.

Methods of measuring and recording of operating parameters of marine power plant generating set are presented. Measuring points are shown in generating sets diagrams. The importance of diagnostic parameters observed is considered in reference to current evaluation of the technical condition of a generating set and forecasting its further performance.

An architectural design is still the main means of artistic expression in illustrating the elements of the world invented by architects. For the last two decades this elementary way of expressing artistic intentions has been consequently replaced by new devices – a computer and software which enable digital modeling of the designed objects. This phenomenon proceeds mainly in the issues connected with presenting an architectural idea, so that it concerns the analyses that finish the artistic process of an object designed. Even at the level of competitions more and more often visualizations and not the drawings of an object are becoming the obligatory element of the work submitted. The article discusses today's role and importance of an architectural drawing in the artistic process and architect’s artistic workshop.

Rysunek architektoniczny pozostaje wciąż podstawowym środkiem wyrazu artystycznego w obrazowaniu elementów świata wymyślanego przez architektów. Przez ostatnie dwie dekady ten elementarny sposób przekazywania intencji twórczych jest konsekwentnie wypierany przez nowe narzędzia – komputer i oprogramowanie, pozwalające na cyfrowe modelowanie projektowanych obiektów. Zjawisko to postępuje zwłaszcza w kwestiach związanych z prezentacją idei architektonicznej, a więc dotyczy opracowań wieńczących proces twórczy projektowanej rzeczy. Nawet na etapie konkursów coraz częściej to wizualizacje, a nie rysunki obiektu stają się obligatoryjnym elementem zakresu składanej pracy. W artykule przybliżono dzisiejszą rolę i znaczenie rysunku architektonicznego w procesie twórczym i warsztacie architekta.

The scientific paper deals with the quality system requirements given by the standard CSN EN ISO 9001:2010 Regulation (EC) No 2042/2003. Quality control is one of the most important processes in the organization, as it includes a number of sub-activities such as quality policy, customer focus, human resources, etc. By identifying the demands this work includes design of the structure of the quality manual and a possible form of manuals for the organization dealing with the training of maintenance personnel.

Ten artykuł naukowy związany jest z wymaganiami systemem jakości określonymi w normie europejskiej CSN EN ISO 9001:2010 oraz Rozporządzenia Komisji Wspólnoty Europejskiej (WE) nr 2042/2003. Kontrola jakości jest jednym z najistotniejszych procesów w danej jednostce (organizacji), ponieważ zawiera wiele poddziałań odnoszących się do zagadnień takich jak polityka jakości, ukierunkowanie na klienta, zasoby ludzkie itp. W wyniku identyfikacji wymagań w niniejszej pracy zawarto strukturę księgi jakości oraz możliwą postać księgi dla jednostek (organizacji) związanych ze szkoleniem personelu zajmującego się utrzymaniem.

Powszechnie wiadomo, że Kraków stanowi największy zespół zabytkowy w Polsce, którego wartość i ranga przesądziły o znalezieniu się miasta na Liście światowego Dziedzictwa UNESCO już w 1978 roku, podczas pierwszej kwalifikacji do tego prestiżowego wyróżnienia. Jednak ta powszechna świadomość nie miała do tej pory oparcia w specjalistycznej publikacji w pełni pokazującej, z jak ciekawą i zróżnicowaną materią mamy do czynienia.

It is well known that Krakow is the largest collection of historic Poland, whose value and rank determined the finding to the city on the UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1978, the first qualifications for this prestigious award. However, this universal consciousness was not so far back in a specialized publication fully showing, with interesting and diverse as the matter we have to deal with.

W zarządzaniu i gospodarowaniu państwem, województwem, powiatem, gminą konieczne jest posiadanie określonych informacji. Zakres tych informacji ciągle się zmienia, gdyż zmieniają się zasady i metody zarządzania. Istnieje jednak pewna baza informacyjna, która jest wykorzystywana zawsze, a którą dysponuje ewidencja gruntów i budynków. W ostatnich latach ewidencja gruntów i budynków jest ciągle modernizowana, celem przekształcenia jej w kataster nieruchomości. Główne założenia tworzonego systemu polegają na rozszerzeniu danych ewidencyjnych ewidencją budynków i lokali. Aktualnie dane przedmiotowe są rejestrowane według nieruchomości, co ściślej wiąże dane ewidencyjne z danymi z ksiąg wieczystych. Ciągle jednak brakuje korelacji między danymi ewidencyjnymi a branżowymi, planistycznymi i innymi ewidencjami lub rejestrami publicznymi. Przedmiotem badań było 16 ewidencji (systemów) i rejestrów publicznych dotyczących nieruchomości. Głównym celem badań było opracowanie koncepcji funkcjonowania katastru wielozadaniowego, uwzględniającego istniejące systemy informacyjne. Cel główny był realizowany w pięciu etapach badawczych.

In management of the state, province and commune it is necessary to have some information. Scope of these information is still changing, because of changing the rules and management methods. But exists some data base always useful which is included within Land and Building Registration. In recent years Land and Building Registration is modernized into real estate Cadastre. Main assumption created system is increasing Land and Building Registration data through addition buildings and apartments. Currently object data are recorded as real estates as a result of this Land and Building Registration data are more combined with Land Register data. But still lack the correlation between Land and Building Registration data and utilities, space planning and other records as well as public records. The research subject is sixteen systems and public registers concern real estates. The main research aim was to create functioning conception of multipurpose Cadastre with taking into consideration existing information systems. The main aim was realized as a five research stages.
