W pracy zawarto wyniki badań nad określeniem wpływu średnicy komory i masy próbki na zagęszczanie poekstrakcyjnej śruty rzepakowej. Wyznaczono zależności pomiędzy gęstością materiału w komorze i aglomeratu, nakładami pracy na zagęszczanie, współczynnikiem podatności materiału na zagęszczanie oraz twardością aglomeratu a masą badanego surowca dla trzech średnic komory (12, 15 i 18 mm). Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników stwierdzono, że parametry granulatu poekstrakcyjnej śruty rzepakowej istotnie zależą od masy próbki i średnicy komory matrycy, oraz że zależności te podobne są do zmian ustalonych dla zagęszczania ziarna pszenicy [Laskowski, Skonecki 2004] i nasion łubinu [Laskowski, Skonecki 2005].

The study contains the results of research on the impact of chamber diameter and sample weight on densification of extracted rape meal. The relationships between the density of the material in the chamber and of the agglomerate, work expenditure for densification, coefficient of susceptibility of the material to densification and the agglomerate hardness, and the raw material weight for three chamber diameters (12, 15 and 18 mm) were determined. On the basis of the obtained results it was established that indeed the parameters of extracted rape meal pellets depend on the weight of the sample and the diameter of the die chamber, and that these relationships are similar to the changes determined for densification of wheat [Laskowski, Skonecki 2004] and lupine seeds [Laskowski, Skonecki 2005].
