The article discusses the design and implementation solutions related to the fire resistance and smoke resistance of the underfloor bases of the internal walls of the building used to divide the zone under the technical floor into sectors specified in technical and construction regulations, in which the fire should not spread for a specified period of time, ensuring the possibility of evacuation of people.

W artykule podano parametry akustyczne przykładowych stropów masywnych i drewnianych na podstawie badań przeprowadzonych w ITB oraz sposoby poprawy tych parametrów za pomocą odpowiednich ustrojów akustycznych. Wyszczególniono akustyczne wskaźniki opisujące stropy i podłogi pod kątem izolacyjności od dźwięków uderzeniowych, zestawiając je z wymaganiami normy PN-B-02151-3:2015.

The article is given the acoustic parameters of the massive and lightweight wooden floors based on a research carried out in ITB. It also indicates ways to improve these parameters by application of an appropriate acoustic systems. The acoustic indexes describing floors in terms of impact sounds insulation were listed and confronted with the requirements of PN-B-02151-3:2015 standard.

The functions of supporting structures, ceilings, partition walls, suspended ceilings and raised floors are shown. In the case of external walls the article discusses the paths of spreading of fire in the building and the function of external walls that is associated with the demand of reducing the possibility of spreading of fire to adjacent buildings.
