The paper presents the results of grid power quality tests and wide frequency electromagnetic radiation level tests to which home power networks with photovoltaic systems have been subjected. The said results are meaningful from the point of view of safety and compatibility of electrical devices and the power supply system they are connected to. The tests covered stability of phase voltage and its frequency, harmonic level flicker, as well as RF radiated and emission levels. The measurements performed provide an answer to the question concerning the level of compliance of randomly selected home-installed PV systems with applicable recommendations and regulations concerning electromagnetic compatibility. The ability to meet the applicable standards translates into the health and safety of building inhabitants, which is the ultimate goal. Legal regulations concerning electromagnetic compatibility of renewable energy sources are consistent throughout the entire European Union.

Artykuł szczegółowo przedstawia różnice w procedurach pomiarowych z wykorzystaniem komory bezodbiciowej dla norm obronnych NO-06-A200 oraz NO-06-A500 wydanych w 2012r w stosunku do wydania tych norm z roku 2008. Ponadto w artykule przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów i wpływ zmian konfiguracji stanowisk pomiarowych (wg norm obronnych z roku 2012 w stosunku do norm obronnych wydanych w roku 2008) na wyniki pomiarów emisji promieniowanej w odniesieniu do urządzeń stosowanych w Siłach Zbrojnych.

The article presents the differences in measurement procedures for defense standards NO-06-A200 and NO-06-A500 published in 2012 year in relation to the publication of these standards in 2008. In addition, the paper presents the results of measurements and the impact of changes in the configuration measuring positions (according to the defense standards in 2012 in relation to the defense standards published in 2008) for radiated emissions measurements for the equipment used in the Armed Forces.

W urządzeniach zabezpieczanych obudowami ekranującymi mamy do czynienia z wyciekami elektromagnetycznymi, które są bardzo trudne do zlokalizowania. W artykule przedstawiono stanowisko do pomiaru emisji promieniowanej urządzeń informatycznych. Ponadto w artykule przedstawiono opracowaną metodę pomiaru wycieków elektromagnetycznych w oparciu o emisję promieniowaną jednostek centralnych PC wraz z algorytmem postępowania. Przedstawiono i omówiono wyniki pomiarów identyfikowania miejsc wycieków elektromagnetycznych.

The devices secured by shielded enclosures we are dealing with electromagnetic leakage which are very difficult to locate. This paper shown an radiated emission measurement stand emitted by information devices. In addition, the paper presents a method for measuring leakages developed based on electromagnetic emissions radiated by CPUs with the algorithm procedure. This paper presents and discusses the results of measurements of electromagnetic leakage and identification them.

Ponadto w artykule przedstawiono analizę emisji promieniowanej dla poszczególnych interfejsów sprzętowych komputera przenośnego PC oraz wyniki identyfikacji interfejsów sprzętowych dla interfejsów sprzętowych komputera PC cechujących się podwyższoną emisją promieniowaną.

This paper describes the construction of complex systems. This paper defined and estimated levels of radiated emissions coming from the modern computer equipment from the market in the European Union. In addition, the paper presents an analysis of radiated emissions for different hardware interfaces laptop PC and the results of the identification of hardware interfaces for PC hardware interfaces are characterized by increased radiated emissions.

Artykuł dotyczy problemów kompatybilności elektromagnetycznej platform mobilnych dla pojazdów wojskowych. Emisje pochodzące z różnego typu silników spalinowych mają duży wpływ na pracę pozostałych elementów elektronicznych montowanych na tych pojazdach. W artykule zaprezentowana została metodologia pomiaru emisji promieniowanej od pojazdów z różnymi silnikami spalinowymi oraz przedstawiono i opisano stanowisko laboratoryjne do pomiaru emisji promieniowanej.

This article refers to EMC problems of electromagnetic compatibility of mobile platforms for military vehicles. Emissions from different types of combustion engines have a big impact on the work of other electronic components mounted on these vehicles. This article presents a methodology of measuring radiated emissions from vehicles with combustion engines, as well as describes the laboratory stand for measurement of radiated emissions.

W artykule zaproponowano klasyfikację i porównano metody wyznaczania znormalizowanej tłumienności (NSA) komór bezodbiciowych przeznaczonych do badania emisji promieniowanych. Scharakteryzowano procedury zgodne między innymi z europejską normą EN 50147-2 i pokazano możliwości automatyzacji pomiarów. Skrótowo omówiono oryginalne oprogramowanie komputerowe umożliwiające automatyczne wykonywanie pomiarów NSA potrzebnych w procesie akredytacji laboratoriów, jak i okresowej samokontroli.

The paper presents, discusses and compares methods for the determination of Normalized Site Attenuation (NSA) of open area test sites and semianechoic chambers dedicated for the measurement of electromagnetic emissions in EMC facilities. NSA measurement automation techniques are shown. An experimental computer program QuickNSA is presented which implements automation of the NSA determination and can help to better organize some other EMC laboratory procedures. The program uses several new or improved features.

Significant energy performance and power quality testing has been conducted on distributed resource (DR) technologies to determine energy efficiency and susceptibility and immunity to power line disturbances. However, comparatively little electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing has been conducted to address radiated and conducted emissions and immunity performance. DR technologies contain significant power electronic devices for the purposes of DR control and energy conversion. Such devices generate both radiated and conducted emissions into nearby environments where DR technologies may be installed, and are themselves susceptible to such emissions from the outside environment. This article will address the various types of emissions that various DR technologies can generate, and examine ways to reduce the levels of these emissions and enhance EMC immunity levels associated with DR technologies.

Zasadniczą cześć pracy poświecono przedstawieniu opracowywanych i stosowanych już metod pomiaru emitowanych sygnałów przewodzonych i promieniowanych. Wskazano możliwości redukcji poziomów emitowanych sygnałów zakłócających i dalsze kierunki prac.

The aim of this work is to review some investigation and measurement methods of electromagnetic interference emissions from integrated circuits. In the first part sources and mechanisms of the emission was shortly described. Then the measurement methods - both already known or being under development- for conducted and radiated emissions were presented in details. Some remarks on the possibilities of reduction of the emission levels and further works directions are also given.
