This article deals with modeling of dynamic behavior in rotor system, including horizontal rigid rotor, rotating with constant angular velocity in two hybrid fluid-film bearing. This bearing is a combination of smooth and multilobe supporting surfaces, that allows to treat it as contactless supporting- sealing unit. The article contains result analysis of computing experiments, received with the help of special developed software.

Rotating stall is an interesting phenomenon that occurs in both axial and radial rotors. It is still poorly recognized in radial rotors. That was the reason to carry out investigations of pressure oscillation in streams, loudness and flow to find a possibility of the hysteresis elimination by the entry whirl consistent with peripheral velocity direction. Experiments have confirmed the cancellation of the hysteresis in the condition of forwarded whirl with the vane angle + 30°. In the paper are described results of tests.
