The purpose of the paper is to carry out an identification analysis of military logistics and civil logistics as well as to determine similarities and differences. It characterises the nature of systemic approach in military logistics and civil logistics as well as analyses functional models of logistics systems of military organisations and industrial companies. It also presents the analysis of the features of logistics systems and a military organisation.

Celem artykułu jest analiza identyfikacyjna systemów logistyki wojskowej i logistyki cywilnej oraz określenie różnic i podobieństw. Scharakteryzowano istotę podejścia systemowego w logistyce wojskowej i logistyce cywilnej. Przeprowadzono analizę modeli funkcjonalnych systemów logistycznych organizacji wojskowych i przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych. Przedstawiono analizę cech systemów logistycznych przedsiębiorstwa i organizacji wojskowej.

Microsoft Corporation products have overwhelmed almost all organiza-tions around the world even beside other operating systems like UNIX, Ubuntu and others. MS Office software products in particular, have being used widely in big portion of our work and business. In specific, MS Access and Excel are very famous and so usable software in between other Microsoft office products. Many similarities are shared between Access and Excel, meanwhile, many key differences are worth to point them out, too. Mainly, this research spotlights on primarily motivated topic of how they can manage data as they have been designed for. The mission of this research is to show how to employee MS Access and Excel in the right way in business work after indicating strength and weaknesses of both of them. Thus, we need to fulfill the right and suitable enough choice between Access and Excel that meets our business work requirements. A detailed list of significant features and key points are discussed and compered of both software leads to conducted proper software use.

Analysis of intercomparison measurements by the method of least squares

Fundamentals of intercomparison measurement analysis based on statistical methods are presented and discussed in the paper. Application of two basic estimation methods, the maximum likelihood and the method of least squares, for intercomparison estimation, is analysed. It is shown, that for the typical practical cases the generalised method of least squares is the best choice. Formulas for estimates of measured objects and its uncertainties are presented and discussed. Residuals are proposed as a basic tool for checking consistency of basic measurement assumptions. Normalised residuals are introduced and used for examining outliers. An example is given, in which intercomparisons of standard cells are treated.

W artykule przedstawiono i przedyskutowano podstawy statystycznej analizy pomiarów komparacyjnych. Zbadano własności dwóch najważniejszych metod estymacji, największej wiarygodności i najmniejszych kwadratów, pod kątem zastosowania ich do pomiarów komparacyjnych. Wskazano, że w typowych praktycznych sytuacjach uogólniona metoda najmniejszych kwadratów jest najlepszym wyborem. Przedstawiono i przedyskutowano wzory okreslające estymatory mierzonych obiektów i ich niepewności. Zaproponowano wykorzystanie różnic jako podstawowego narzędzia kontroli poprawności założeń o własnościach pomiarów. Wprowadzono znormalizowane ("studentyzowane") różnice i wykorzystano je do badania występowania błędów grubych w pomiarach. Przedstawiono przykład, w którym analizowane są pomiary komparacyjne ogniw wzorcowych.
