Działalność przedsiębiorstwa wiąże się z potrzebą analizowania ryzyka oddziałującego na procesy firmy. Norma PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 dokonuje identyfikacji czynników ryzyka i ich wpływu na jakość wyrobu. W szacowaniu ryzyka punktowe oceny wyrażające subiektywne opinie zastępowane są coraz częściej formalnym zapisem niepewności. Artykuł ukazuje zastosowanie rozmytego systemu wnioskującego w procesie zarządzania ryzykiem, umożliwiającego bardziej precyzyjne określenie znaczących ryzyk w firmie. Publikacja wchodzi w skład cyklu prac prezentujących różne aspekty zarządzania procesowego w przemyśle stoczni jachtowych. Stanowi równocześnie teoretyczny wstęp dla kolejnego, przygotowanego już artykułu prezentującego uszczegółowiony opis tworzenia modelu pojęciowego normalizującego kryteria oceny ryzyka dla procesu laminowania w stoczni jachtowej.

The company’s activity is connected with the need to analyze the risk affecting the company’s processes. The PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard identifies risk factors and their impact on product quality. In the risk assessment, the point ratings expressing subjective opinions are increasingly replaced with a formal record of uncertainty. The article shows the application of a fuzzy application system in the risk management process. The publication is a part of a series of papers presenting various aspects of process management in the shipyard yacht industry. At the same time, it is the theoretical introduction to the next article presenting a detailed description of creating a conceptual model that normalizes the risk assessment criteria for the lamination process at the yacht shipyard.

Zarządzanie ryzykiem staje się nowym standardem w kierowaniu przedsiębiorstwem w kontekście systemu zarządzania jakością. Każda działalność biznesowa jest obarczona ryzykiem, które przez szczegółową analizę i szacowanie można minimalizować. Ryzyko występuję we wszystkich obszarach zarządzania organizacją od przyjęcia zlecenia aż do odbioru końcowego wyrobu. Spełnienie wymagań technicznych procesu spawalniczego pozwala na zmniejszenie potencjalnych zagrożeń, wynikających ze specyfiki procesu. Analiza ryzyka pomaga w podejmowaniu decyzji wpływających na jakość produktu i kondycję finansową organizacji.

Risk management has recently become the standard in company’s quality management systems. Each business activity is fraught with risk that can be minimised by analysis and risk-assessment. Each management field, from order reception till product final acceptance, generates some risk. Fulfilling welding process technical requirements allows to diminish potential process threats. Risk analysis helps to make decisions that influence product quality and finance condition of the organisation.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to present the specifications of the CQI Heat Treat System Assessment, together with a discussion of the importance, development, implementation and use of this specification. An analysis of the quality management system of the selected organization was performed, which takes care of the thermo-chemical treatment-nitriding, as regards to the specification AIAG CQI-9. The study was carried out to compare the standards based on the scope of the organization covered by individual standards and their hierarchy, where the levels are adequate for the scope of the quality management system. Design/methodology/approach: An assessment of the compliance with the requirements of the CQI-9 based on the criteria closed in the documentation of the specification was performed, by evaluated according to the requirements imposed by the CQI-9, and determining the compliance of the quality system with the requirements determined in the documentation of the specification, with the subscription in the documentation. Findings: As a result of the audit of the nitriding process of selected part of the technology in relation to the requirements of the CQI-9 specification, the deficiencies were identified in relation to the requirements of the CQI-9 specification, and suggestions for their solutions were provided. Research limitations/implications: The paper presents the steps and how to verify the quality management system in the process of heat treatment. Practical implications: The result of the audit specifications CQI-9 detected non-compliance to requirements of the specification. The improvement of the quality management system, with some recommendations, allows to target the activities of the process to the needs and expectations of customers. Originality/value: The paper presents some requirements concerning the quality of the selected part of the thermo-chemical treatment process.

W ciągle zmieniających się uwarunkowaniach wolnego rynku oraz starań Polski o przyjęcie do Unii Europejskiej producenci żywności w Polsce powinni wygrywać walkę o klienta poprzez ciągłe podnoszenie jakości oferowanych wyrobów. Jednocześnie należy zdać sobie sprawę z faktu, iż jakość, o której mowa, to nie tylko kontrola jakości, ale przede wszystkim system zarządzania jakością. Należy pamiętać również o tym, iż w sytu-acji wolnego rynku producenci żywności są również klientami, mającymi pełne prawo wymagania od swoich dostawców spełniania wszystkich norm i uregulowań prawnych wymaganych przez Zjednoczoną Europę.

Under the conditions of changing free market and Polish endeavours aimed at the accession the European Union food producers in Poland have to win the battle for client by continuous increasing the quality of their products. Simultaneously, it is necessary to know that the Quality is not only the quality control but above alt, the quality system management. It is also necessary to remember that in free market conditions, food producers are also the clients who have the right to require from the suppliers to meet all standards and legal regulations of Common Europe.
