The article presents selected issues from the field of management and organisation methods in the sector of professional clothing production, with respect to rental and servicing in the rental system. Logistics solutions were described for the example of ORK POLAND Sp. z o.o., a leading producer of protective clothing in the European market, known under the ORK Wear trademark. The country’s leading enterprises are among the clothing recipients, who also provide professional services in the dynamically developing laundry service for work and protective clothing as a rental service. Evaluation of the influence of industrial washing procedures on the properties of materials and clothing products was performed in laboratory conditions according to the EN ISO 15797 standard and with the use of a testing station that was implemented by ORK POLAND Sp. z o.o., as the first and only company in Poland, under project cooperation with Łukasiewicz Research Network – Textile Research Institute.

Jakość wyrobów może być kształtowana we wszystkich fazach życia produktu, począwszy od badania potrzeb i jego odzwierciedlenia w projektowaniu, w procesie wytwarzania i fazie eksploatacji, jako efekt sprzężenia zwrotnego. W artykule zaprezentowano wybrane techniki pochodzące z różnych rodzin metod zarządzania. Wskazano na analizę wartości wyrobu (z rodziny metod organizatorskich), metodę QAM (komunikacji zespołowej) i metodę kruszenia (z rodziny metod heurystycznych/inwentycznych).

Quality of products can be formed in all phases of product life, from study of the needs and his reflect the design, in manufacturing process and the operation phase, as a result of feedback. The article presents selected techniques from the diffrent families of methods of management. Indicated on the analysis of the value of the product (family organizational methods), method of QAM (communications team) and the crushing method (with a family of heuristic methods/inventive).

Przedstawiono historię przebudowy polskiego producenta kruszyw mineralnych w latach 1993-2009, w okresie przeobrażeń krajowego górnictwa skalnego, począwszy od przekształceń własnościowych, wyboru różnych ścieżek i sposobów prywatyzacji, modernizacji parku maszynowego, zastosowania innowacyjnych technologii, tworzenia nowych jakości rynkowych i produktowych. Na tym przykładzie wskazano na niektóre aspekty tych działań szczególnie związanych ze zwiększeniem zasobów złożowych i technicznych, koncentracją majątku, restrukturyzacją struktur zarządzania, tworzeniem nowej jakości produktów. Można tu znaleźć odpowiedź jak w nowych realiach gospodarki rynkowej poradziła sobie polska spółka pracownicza, jak zbudowano wizerunek i markę firmy pod nazwą Łużycka Kopalnia Bazaltu "Księginki" SA w Lubaniu.

In the paper a history covering years 1993-2009 of a Polish company - a producer of mineral aggregates is being described. Concurrently it is a period of transition in Polish rock-mining industry including ownership changes, decision-taking which path and method of privatization should be taken, rebuilding and modernization of machinery, implementing innovative technologies and creating new market and product qualities. Showing the example of one of many companies from the rock-mining branch some aspects of these processes have been pointed, especially connected with increasing the company's resources - deposits, machinery, property concentration, restructuring management, improving products' quality. In the paper one can find the answer how a Polish worker cooperative coped with the new reality of the market economy and how the its position and brand Łużycka Kopalnia Bazaltu "Księginki" SA w Lubaniu (Lusatian Basalt Mine "Księginki" JSC in Lubań) was created.

The mathematical model of inheritance of quality indexes in life cycle of the product, describing various modes of behavior is developed by manufacture and application of technical systems. Present productive systems demand cooperating very much elements of complicated processing whose a superior target is the obtainment of the article about established functional proprieties. To important links of the productive system they belong the boundary strip other: the quality of raw materials, the technical state and the efficiency of productive devices, the choice and the organization of the processing and difficult to prognosing, so called the human factor. On the job one presented the initial analysis of connected problems with the preparation and the realization of the processing in the foundry of cast iron. Became introduced manner of administering resources of materials which to the state the complex connection of the row elements technological, such as: the analysis the quantity of orders and time-limits deliveries, qualifying the quantity of elements the given productive party, time-limits of beginning of the production and the manner of working of the warehouse- economy farm. The special attention became turned on analysing problem of storing productive materials.

Opisano jeden z problemów, związanych z nadzorowaniem jednostkowych procesów produkcyjnych i działaniami zapobiegawczymi, ukierunkowanymi na jakość wyrobu — rur z miedzi i jej stopów. Analizie poddano funkcje (cele) i metodykę oceny jakości półwyrobów i wyrobów, a w szczególności różnościenności, oraz sposoby jej zmniejszania w ramach działań zapobiegawczych. Rozważania są prowadzone na przykładzie procesów wyciskania na gorąco — walcowania w walcarkach pielgrzymowych — ciągnienia. Przedstawiono fotogrametryczną metodę wyznaczania różnościenności i decentryczności, pozwalającą na uzyskanie wyników o dużo większej dokładności niż w przypadku pomiaru klasycznymi narzędziami.

Specific problem related to supervising of single production processes and the protective measures aimed to ensure required quality of the products — tubes from copper and copper alloys — have been described. The criteria and methods of the quality assessment of semi-products and final products have been analysed with particular emphasis put on the differences in the thickness of tube walls and on the measures to be taken in order to eliminate these differences. The exemplary processes of hot extrusion, rolling by pilger mill and drawing are discussed. The photogrametric method for determination of differences in thickness and eccentricity of tubes, which enables much higher accuracy than classical measuring tools, has been presented.

Na rozwój sektora żywnościowego coraz większy wpływ ma poznanie odbiorcy. Wiedza o głównych trendach wśród konsumentów oraz zrozumienie ich potrzeb i pragnień stały się podstawą sukcesu firm na rynku żywnościowym. Dla potrzeb marketingu, opierając się na różnych typach stylów życia i wzorców odżywiania się ludności, wyodrębniane są różne grupy konsumentów.

Presently it is a producer who tries to convince a consumer to purchase certain goods. On the other hand consumer more often draws attention on the quality of a product, its nutritive value and convenience. A propensity to pay for the convenience and service is observed in developed countries. The demand for ready-to-eat meals in special packaging with short time of preparation (from freezer through microwave to the table) is rising. The recognition of customers expectations plays more and more important role in the development of the food sector. The knowledge on main trends observed among the consumers, understandings of their needs and wishes became a basis for a success of the companies operating on the food market. For the purpose of marketing, taking into account various lifestyles and consumption patterns different groups of consumers are defined.

Gorące wędzenie nie zawsze zapewnia zniszczenie C. botulinum i L. monocytogenes w rybach, gdyż niektórzy producenci stosują bardzo łagodne warunki temperatury i czasu oraz małe stężenie soli, chcąc uzyskać dobrą sensoryczną jakość produktu. Aby wykluczyć niebezpieczeństwo zatruć mikrobiologicznych i zakażeń pokarmowych, można stosować łagodne warunki wędzenia tylko wtedy, jeśli w przetwórni stosuje się zasady HACCP, a towar przechowuje się nieprzerwanie w temp. poniżej 3 st. C.

Hot smoking does not inactivate C. botulinum and L. monocytogenes, if the time and temperature of heating and the concentration of salt in the smoked fish are too low. Some producers use mild conditions of smoking, seek-ing high sensory quality of the product. The risk of food poisoning by mildly smoked fish can be avoided only by strictly observing the HACCP requirements and storing of the product below 3 st. C.
