W pracy przedstawiono koncepcję ćwiczenia laboratoryjnego z konfiguracji serwera telefonii IP. Omówiono charakterystykę systemu VoIP, WTI Jaśmin oraz serwera telefonii IP. Poruszono także temat telefonii VoIP opartej o komercyjne urządzenia firmy CISCO. Następnie opracowano zestaw testów do badania jakości telefonii VoIP, i zbudowano w tym celu stanowisko pomiarowe. Na koniec została przeprowadzona analiza otrzymanych wyników oraz przedstawione wnioski.

This paper presents the concept of a laboratory exercise with configuration of WTI IP telephony server. It discusses the characteristics of the VoIP system, WTI Jasmin and the IP telephony server. The topic of VoIP telephony based on commercial CISCO devices was also discussed. Then a set of tests for testing the quality of VoIP telephony was developed, and a test stand was built for this purpose. Finally, the analysis of the obtained results was carried out and conclusions were presented.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki wstępnych badań otrzymywania metodą zgrzewania wybuchowego półwyrobów w postaci okrągłych prętów bimetalowych Mg-Al. Do badań przygotowano układ próbek składających się z rury aluminiowej (gatunek 1050A) i pręta magnezowego (gatunek AZ31). W pracy wykonano badania analizy mikrostruktury oraz prób wytrzymałościowych granicy złącza. Na podstawie otrzymanych wyników badań stwierdzono, że zastosowane parametry zgrzewania wybuchowego zapewniły otrzymanie półwyrobu bimetalowego charakteryzującego się nieznaczną owalnością oraz mechanicznym połączeniem poszczególnych warstw.

This paper presents the preliminary results of the preparation of semi-finished products in the form of round bimetallic Mg- Al bars by the explosive cladding method. The system of samples consisted of an aluminum tube (1050 grade) and magnesium bar (grade AZ31) was prepared. The analysis of the microstructure and mechanical tests of connecting border was carried out. On the base of obtained results it was found that the explosive cladding parameters used to obtain the semifinished bimetallic product characterized by a slight ovality and mechanical connection of the individual layers were correct.

The quality of connection has an essential influence on the quality of the whole machine. The authors conducted an estimation of the influence of geometrical profile (in tolerance area) on the quality of shaft and hub connection. Values of displacements of construction elements, reduced and contact stresses were accepted as quality criterion.
