Działania podejmowane w celu skutecznego nadzorowania jakości dostawców wyrobów obronnych związane są z zaufaniem do systemu zarządzania jakością funkcjonującego w ich strukturach. Certyfikacja – jako obiektywna forma potwierdzenia zgodności przeprowadzona przez wojskową, kompetentną jednostkę certyfikującą – zapewnia profesjonalną analizę spełnienia wymagań AQAP, w tym normy ISO 9001 (PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10). Potwierdza zasadę zawartą w polityce jakości NATO, że zarządzanie jakością jest procesem ciągłym. W artykule przeanalizowano problematykę certyfikacji systemu zarządzania jakością związaną z wymaganiami nowej edycji normy ISO 9001:2015 i AQAP 2110:2016 oraz jej uznawalności w resorcie obrony narodowej. Przedstawiono praktyczne rozwiązania wdrażane równolegle z pracami związanymi z wyżej wymienionymi wymaganiami, dotyczące transparentności procesu certyfikacji, którego celem jest zwiększenie zaufania do dostawcy w procesie zapewnienia jakości w resorcie obrony narodowej oraz poprawa jakości oferowanych wyrobów dla wojska.

Actions taken to effectively supervise the quality of defense equipment suppliers are related to the confidence in their quality management system. The certification by a competent military certification body provides an objective and professional assessment of AQAP compliance, including the ISO 9001 (PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10) standard, confirming the principle in NATO quality policy, that quality management is a continuous process. The article analyzes the issue of certification of quality management system in accordance with the new edition of ISO 9001:2015 and AQAP 2110:2016 and its recognition in the department of national defens e. Practical solutions implemented in parallel with the work related to the above-mentioned requirements for the transparency of the certification process have been presented, which aims to increase the confidence of the supplier in the quality assurance process at the national defense department and to improve the quality of the products offered for the military.

According to the requirements of the ISO 9001 norm, top management of the organization implementing quality management system has to ensure that quality objectives, including those needed to meet requirements for the product, are established at relevant functions and levels within the organization. The quality objectives shall be measurable and consistent with the quality policy. In practice the requirements are achieved in different ways. Those differences concern among others the amount and kind of objectives as well as ways of formulating and documenting those objectives. The study describes solutions used in the process of formulating quality objectives at Medical University in Wroclaw. The university has a certified system of quality management consistent with ISO 9001 for over 10 years.
