Background: In the current tenure of fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0), time has come to revisit the issues of post-implementation challenges of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in the apparel industry of developing countries around the globe. This bibliometric review aims to identify the post-implementation challenges of ERP in apparel industry of a developing country. Methods and procedures: Total 4854 published papers during the period 2000-2021 from the databases of Scopus and ScienceDirect were scanned to identify the relevant 52 publications using PRISMA flow diagram. Full bibliometric information was synthesized to create term co-occurrence network map using VOSviewer1.6.16. Later, cross-mapping the bibliometric terms from the meta-analyses with the six in-depth qualitative interviews conducted in a developing country, authors established themes through three levels of association. Results: Results of this study have portrayed three themes; technical, operational, and human. Apparel industry of developing country faces technical, operational, and human challenges at the post-implementation phase of ERP adoption. Conclusions: Technical, operational, and human are the major categories of challenges that need to be addressed to sustain the ERP implementation for developing countries. So, practitioners at the industry level, consultants, policymakers in the apparel industry, IT experts along with other knowledge workers should pay attention to these issues to build ERP systems more stable. Finally, the qualitative paper ends with the direction for further research in this specific field of enterprise information systems.

The overall research objective was to empirically develop the ideas around a system of occupational safety and health (OSH) practices in visual display unit (VDU) work, to describe their relationship with the OSH legislation and to explore how these best practices work to achieve positive results. The aim of the present study was to explore qualitative perceptions of the stakeholders (Finnish Employers’ Associations, Employees Organizations and OSH Governmental Inspectorates) concerning the way that the OSH legislation on VDU work is being applied at work. Many stakeholders claim that technological advances require that in OSH the VDU legislation should be updated, especially that it should be clarified, e.g., when does the VDU worker have the right to obtain special eyeglasses needed for VDU work. Many stakeholders believe that additional guidelines concerning practical ergonomic arrangements in VDU work environment and eyeglasses of the VDU workers are needed. In VDU ergonomics, the co-operation between workplace and occupational health care professionals needs to be developed.

Using robotics to interest kindergarten children in science and technology in a playful way is a rather new idea in educational robotics. Aiming to foster the integration of robotics already in pre-school education this paper presents an innovative robotics project for kindergartens. Initialized by the Graz University of Technology and the University of Teacher Education, the project involved different scientific and educational institutions. The focus was put on the cross-generational aspect, integra ting kindergarten children, pupils up to the age of thirteen as well as senior citizens in order to initiate a vital social process between the different age groups. Within the project a robotics day in a kindergarten offering eleven different hands-on experiments, where children could ac- tively participate, was organized. The goal of the project presented in this paper was to familiarize children in preschool age as well as young school students with science and technology using different robotics platforms as pedagogical tools. Aiming at the investigation of the impact of the robotics project a first qualitative evaluation was conducted.
