One of the contemporary problems, and at the same time a challenge, with development und usage of supply chain Information Systems are the issues associated with privacy and cyber security, which emerged due to new requirements of legal regulations and directives. The human factor belongs to the biggest risks within these issues. Leak of information, phishing, unauthorized access are the main problems. Also vulnerability of the systems due to new information technologies is an important topic. In this paper we discuss development and usage of Information Systems with regard to the security aspects associated to the software development lifecycle. We present our approach on examples of a user authentication process in logistics.

Elektroniczne oszustwa i matactwa stanowią największą część wszystkich przestępstw komputerowych. Nadużycie jest rodzajem oszustwa, na którego wystąpienie nie ma bezpośrednich dowodów. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza obecnego stanu przestępstw komputerowych w wybranych krajach w kontekście aktualnego wykorzystania systemów internetowych. W pierwszej części artykułu autorzy przedstawiają różne definicje i klasyfikacje e-oszustw. Kolejna część poświęcona jest prezentacji wybranych metod oszustw systemów płatności elektronicznych. Jej ostatnia część skupia się na prezentacji case studies dotyczących e-oszustw w Polsce i Rumunii. Przeprowadzone badania stanowią wkład w zrozumienie metod oszustw elektronicznych.

On-line fraud and cheating constitute the biggest part of all computer crime. Cheating is a kind of fraud that does not have direct evidence of its appearance. The purpose of this article is to analyze the current state of e-fraud in selected countries in the context of contemporary Internet system. In the first part of the paper, the authors present various definitions and classification of e-fraud. The next part of the paper is devoted to presenting methods to fraud electronic payment systems. The last part of the work will be focused on case studies concerning e-fraud in Poland and Romania. This study brings its contribution to the understanding of the methods of e-fraud. To prepare this article, information available from the Internet, as well as the official websites of government institutions, banks, portals, European Union, national and international media was used.

Według Arystotelesa podstawą przetrwania i rozwoju jednostki jest wspólnota, która wymaga komunikacji, pierwotnie tylko werbalnej, a dziś multimedialnej. Zatem podstawowy aspekt ludzkiego bezpieczeństwa koresponduje bezpośrednio z ludzką umiejętnością porozumiewania się. W historii rozwoju cywilizacji człowieka przemiana sposobu komunikowania się przeszła różnego rodzaju przemiany, od form prostych do bardziej złożonych i wielowymiarowego systemu dominującego obecnie. Artykuł wskazuje na antropologiczny aspekt zabezpieczenia owej komunikacji przed podstawowymi zagrożeniami. Prezentuje podstawowe pojęcia z tego zakresu, takie jak społeczeństwo i bezpieczeństwo teleinformacyjne, oraz określa formy cyberprzestępczości. W rekomendacjach wyjaśnia cyberprzestępczość, ale też daje wskazówki, jak owym zagrożeniom przeciwdziałać. Ponieważ kultura ludzka ciągle ewoluuje, najbardziej adekwatnym opisem, który połączy elementy uniwersalne z przemianami partykularnymi, wydaje się być analiza filozoficzna.

According to Aristotle, human ability of the individual survival and development rests in its communal existence, and is determinedly related to communication process. Hence, primary aspect of human security corresponds directly with the person's ability to communicate. Historically, evolution of the basic communication skill went a long way, looking back at history. At the beginning it was verbal but evolved into a more complex and multidimensional system dominating today. Having this in view, author of the article presents some anthropological characteristic of security in its progressed form. With respect to that, there are presented typical categories of security issues with regards to communication in society, information security and cybercrime. There are also some recommendations given addressing an issue of how to prevent particular dangers. Since anthropology of human culture is evolving the best way to explain different changes is by using the formal philosophical language able to describe in unison many aspects of those changes.

The topic of research was concerned with the consciousness of law aspects of the use of computers among computer specialist.
