Przedstawiono badania zbieraków wykorzystujących zjawisko adhezji warstwy cieczy do zanurzającej się powierzchni cylindra. Uzyskano dane teoretyczne i doświadczalne dla cieczy o różnych lepkościach, określające zależności między względną wydajnością zbierania a bezwymiarową prędkością powierzchni zbierającej.

The paper is concerned with research on skimmers operated on the principle of adhesion of a liquid layer to submerging smooth surface of a moving cylinder. Theoretical and experimental data were obtained for liquids of different viscosity. The relationships between the di-mensionless skimming capacity and the dimensionless velocity of skimmer surface were determined.
The paper is concerned with measurements of transient adhesion skimming with a rotating disk. Experimental data were obtained for liquids of different viscosity, showing a relationship between the volume of skimmed liquid and time for different disk material and velocities. The analysis of the experimental data was performed.
The paper deals with research on skimmers operated on the principle of adhesion of a liquid layer to the submerging smooth surface of a moving belt, cylinder or disk, while the skimmed liquid is collected over or under water. Theoretical and experimental data obtained for liquids of different viscosity were used for determination of the dependence between the dimcnsionless skimming capacity and diniensionless velocity of a skimmer surface.
The paper is concerned with measurements of transient adhesion skimming with a rotating cylinder. The skimmer capacity is known to drop sharply as the skimming velocity exceeds a certain limit. Experiments carried out on layers of liquids of different viscosities at variable immersion depth of the cylinder made it possible to determine the corresponding limit velocities as a function of the thickness of liquid layer.
