It is important to realize that the risk of one project will affect other projects as well. Based on risk element transmission theory, firstly, this paper established a risk element transmission model between two projects by using system dynamics methodology. And then this paper stimulated the variations of the risk element transmission impact when the owner and the contractor hold different risk-sharing ratios. The simulation results indicate that the transmission impact of risk element will enjoy an accelerated growth with the increase of the contractor’s risk-sharing ratio.

Artykuł wyjaśnia zasady funkcjonowania transferu na tle innych metod postępowania wobec ocenionego ryzyka. Wskazuje też najczęściej stosowane rodzaje transferu oraz podejmuje próbę odpowiedzenia na pytanie, czy przenoszenie rzeczywiście ogranicza wielkość ryzyka, a także, jakie problemy podczas jego stosowania należy dostrzegać.

The article explains the rules of transfer in comparison with other methods of dealing with the assessed risk. It also indicates the most common types of transfer, and attempts to answer the question whether the transfer reduces the size of the risk indeed and what problems during its use the enterprise should identify.
