The paper presents the problems of the influence of a high power thyristor hoisting machine on the mine's power supply grid. The results of the real object measurements when the machine is powered from a 12-pulse rectifier with common, symmetrical firing angle control are presented. A comparative analyses were carried out in terms of reactive power and higher harmonics for symmetrical and asymmetric firing angle of thyristors based on simulation tests. The influence of the rectifier control method on the operating conditions of the automatic reactive power compensation system was indicated. Practical aspects, not included in the simulation model, have been emphasized.

W artykule zaprezentowano zagadnienia wpływu tyrystorowej maszyny wyciągowej dużej mocy na sieć zasilającą kopalni. Przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów na obiekcie rzeczywistym przy zasilaniu maszyny z 12-pulsowego prostownika o sterowaniu symetrycznym wspólnym. Przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą pod kątem mocy biernej i wyższych harmonicznych dla symetrycznego oraz asymetrycznego kolejnościowego sterowania tyrystorów na podstawie badań symulacyjnych. Wskazano wpływ metody sterowania na warunki pracy systemu automatycznej kompensacji mocy biernej. Zwrócono uwagę na aspekty praktyczne, nie uwzględnione w zastosowanym modelu symulacyjnym.

The paper presents the issues of the influence on the supply electrical power grid of the thyristor rectifier supplying high power receivers such as a shaft hoisting machines in mining. The current distortion influence of the non-linear load on the quality of electricity in the plant's power grid was presented. Methods of higher harmonics filtration of the current supplying the hoisting machine are discussed. The results of control tests of the effectiveness of shunt passive higher harmonic filters after changing the configuration of the power grid of the mine are presented.

W artykule zaprezentowano zagadnienia wpływu na sieć zasilającą przekształtników tyrystorowych zasilających odbiorniki dużej mocy jakimi są szybowe maszyny wyciągowe w kopalniach. Przedstawiono wpływ zniekształcenia prądu odbiornika nieliniowego na jakość energii elektrycznej w sieci zakładu. Omówiono metody filtracji wyższych harmonicznych prądu zasilającego maszynę. Zaprezentowano wyniki badań kontrolnych skuteczności działania pasywnych filtrów równoległych/gałęziowych wyższych harmonicznych po zmianie konfiguracji sieci elektroenergetycznej kopalni.

In the paper presented descriptions of control protections and diagnostics circuits of the mining converter rectifier type: NTP 54A 250/6/0,25DC. One described of control procedures of thyristor rectifier in normal operating conditions and in damage states, during galvanic short-circuits and "short rail" of the trolley wire with the rail. In paper introduced results of laboratory and industrial investigations of the mine rectifier for typical bootable tests exploitive normal and for states of the damage (the short-circuit, short rail) work conditions. Exploitaition investigations were realized on two mines: The Katowice Coal-Holding Company: Mine Murcki-Staszic, and the Coal-Company S.A.: Mine Ziemowit. Results of exploitive confirmed the rightness of worked out procedures control system and diagnostics procedures of mine rectifier.

Praca przedstawia analizę i metodę modelowania układu elektromechanicznego złożonego z odkształcalnego elementu mechanicznego oraz silnika prądu stałego zasilanego z sieci prądu przemiennego za pośrednictwem prostownika tyrystorowego. Praca ogranicza się do prezentacji wpływu okresów braku zasilania, typowych dla prostownika, na drgania elementu odkształcalnego. Badany jest też wpływ momentu hamującego silnik na drgania elementu i silnika.

The paper presents numerical modeling of an electromechanical system composed of a flexible beam and a DC-motor. The DC-motor is supplied via a thyristor rectifier. Then, the search is focused on correlations between the periodic decays in the supplying voltage (typical for the thyristor rectifiers) and vibrations of the flexible beam. It proofs that decays could indicate some vibrations. Their amplitudes vary if the DC-motor is used to equilibrate some external torques (braking torques) acting on the motor’s axis.

Poszukuje się takich rozwiązań układów energoelektronicznych, które umożliwiałyby wyeliminowanie lub częściowe ograniczenie negatywnego oddziaływania tych układów na sieć zasilającą. W wielu przypadkach uzyskiwane jest to drogą modyfikacji topologii i algorytmu sterowania znanych i szeroko stosowanych układów. W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki analizy i badań symulacyjnych prostowników tyrystorowych, w których dokonano różnego typu modyfikacji, w wyniku których uzyskano znaczne ograniczenie negatywnego oddziaływania tych układów na sieć zasilającą.

Solutions which make possible the elimination or partial limitation of negative influence of power electronic systems on the mains supply are sought after. In many cases, it is obtained through the modification of typologies and algorithms of controlling known and widely used systems. The results of analysis and simulational research of thyristor rectifiers in which different types of modification were made to obtain significant limitation of negative influence of these systems on the mains supply are presented in the article.

In this article a way of control and building of rectifier, which makes possible reducing distortion of current network - in comparison from classic solving was presented. The simulation model of rectifier with voltage modulator and some results of researches were presented.
