Przedmiotem artykułu jest systemem zewnętrznego wykorzystania ścieków, oparty na instalacji dualnej, stanowiącej nowoczesne, pomniejszające zużycie wody i wpływające na ochronę środowiska rozwiązanie instalacji kanalizacji sanitarnej. W Polsce tego typu instalacje nie są jeszcze dostatecznie rozpowszechnione, co częściowo wynika z pewnych, zasygnalizowanych w artykule, względów ekonomicznych. Istotnym problemem jest też brak stosownych zapisów w polskich regulacjach prawnych odnośnie do omawianych instalacji dualnych. Brak kompletnych polskich unormowań w tym zakresie nastręcza wielu problemów projektantom i instalatorom na wielu płaszczyznach. W artykule podano pewne szczegółowe uwagi i informacje odnośnie do szeregu unormowań zagranicznych a następnie skupiono się na uporządkowanym w pewien sposób, skróconym opisie samego projektowania w oparciu o normy zagraniczne. Omówiono w skrócie obliczenia – metodę uproszczoną i metodę dokładną, stosowane materiały, magazynowanie i oczyszczanie ścieków szarych, instalację rozprowadzającą, rezerwowe zasilanie wodą i zabezpieczenie przed przepływem zwrotnym oraz oznakowanie wykonanej instalacji. Opisano w skrócie przykłady realizacji tych instalacji w różnych krajach, gdzie są one rozwiązaniem popularnym. Jako, że omawiany typ instalacji posiada wiele wspomnianych zalet, toteż należy skłaniać się ku większemu rozpowszechnieniu tych instalacji w Polsce. W artykule zasugerowano pewne niezbędne posunięcia temu sprzyjające.

A subject of the article is the system of outside using sewage, based on the dual installation which constitutes modern, reducing usage of water and influencing environmental protection installation of sanitary sewage system. In Poland installations of this type are not still sufficiently spread what partly results from certain, indicated in the article, economic reasons. In case of discussed dual installations a lack of appropriate regulations in Polish regulations is a relevant problem. The lack of complete Polish regulations in this respect is causing many problems on many plains for designers and fitters. In the article certain detailed remarks and information were given in relation to some essential foreign regulations. Next the authors concentrated their selves on the tidied up, shortened description of very design based on mentioned foreign norms. There were shortly discussed the calculations – the simplified method and the accurate method, the applied materials, the storing and the treatment of the grey wastewater, the distributing installation, the reserve feeding with water, the making the opposite flow impossible and finally the made installation marking. Also some implementations of these installations, in various countries in the world where they are a popular solution, were described. Since the type in question of the installation is a solution having a lot of recalled virtues, therefore we should lean towards bigger spreading these installations in Poland. In the article some essential moves supporting this were suggested.
