The rules of the dealership are presented in the paper. Each dealer works according to the no-name agreements. No name agreements are the basis of the existence of many organizations in industry. Dealership agreement is an important example of an unnamed contract. According to the agreement the supplier delivers its product to the dealer. Then the dealer sells the product to the customer. Selling and repairing cars, services of mobile phone network, sales of household goods, selling and servicing of tractors and machinery builders are the examples of industry, where the unnamed contracts exists. It turns out, there are four types of nonconforming products as a results of service organization. The first type includes nonconforming products in quality system based on ISO 9001: 2008. The second one includes social defective products. The third type means non-ethic manufactured products. The last type includes the nonconforming products whose defects are easy visible to most customers. The study investigates the factors determining the occurrence of nonconforming products in Authorized Car Dealer. I find out, that authorized car dealer generates nonconforming products during the material products or nonmaterial products delivering. It turns out that more than 30% of nonconforming products, exactly 33,33% comes from suppliers. It means, that there are a number of difficulties to eliminate the nonconforming products from dealership. For this, the changes in the dealers agreement have to be done. The implementation of the specification of ISO/TS 16949 in the suppliers organization seems to be a necessary solution.
